They took too long to get our orders, we even requested water for three times but still nothing! Disappointed for their poor service!!! Other tables started to get angry too.

Best lechon belly! Ngohiong and Baked Scallops is a must try when you go here. They also have fresh juices in carefr that is good for sharing. Will definitely be back here

If I can give lower that 1 I would! Though their sisig is in a sizzling plate, it wasn’t that hot that the raw egg just mixed with the sisig. I first didn’t complain that part since I think it is the only meal that we will experience disappointments and since I don’t want to ruin the birthday of my Tita. Then when my sister was eating her chicken she saw that it still has blood. When I told them of the blood, they get it and we thought that they will replace it but to our surprise they just recooked it and so the chicken is then burned. That time I already talked to their manager. We all lost our appetites. By the way, all foods took long to be served and afterall the experience they gave us 10% discount on the chicken 😏

I honestly thought that the dining experience would be good but I was so disappointed.Right off the bat, it took quite some time to get seated but it wasn't because the restaurant was full. Many tables were not being occupied, and there were only a few customers inside at that time. The lady in charge of recieving customers was inside clearing tables. This was puzzling for me since I know that it's not supposed to be like that. Several groups of customers were left standing at the door waiting for her. It took about more than ten minutes to get seated at a table when there was virtually a handful of guests inside. I would've expected that kind of waiting time for a full restaurant.The next thing that irked me was the food. It also took a long time to be served, definitely more than the promised 15-20minutes serving time. It would have been fine if the food was worth the wait but unfortunately, it really wasn't. We ordered Kare Kare, Scallops, Lechon Kawali, Calamares and Bulalo Soup. All the dishes were on the salty side. When we made the order for the Kare Kare my sister asked if they had tripe in the Kare Kare the lady said yes so we went ahead and ordered it. Turns out there wasn't any in it. The Calamares was served without a sauce, we had to request it. When we did the sauce did not taste good at all. The rice was also not worth the price, it honestly made me think that they were serving low quality rice which would make sense if I was eating out on a low budget meal but not in a pricey restaurant.The overall service of the crew was slow. They get side tracked by other customers and you have to follow up several times before you get what you're asking for.I sincerely hope that they could improve on this, otherwise I think a lot of people would be discouraged from eating here. I know I won't be coming back any time soon.

Good food and good night price. Dined here multiple times already and the staff are very friendly. Their lechon belly is one of the best I've tried here in Manila. Also ordered over the phone for the holidays and got my order quickly when I came to pick it up.
