Big ass chicken fillet. The part was too big for me. I cant finish it so I gave it to my boyfriend.The taste was okay. Not that superb. The price was average.

This is one of my fave stops in Banawe! Everything friend chicken is love! But in Hot Star is definitely a place to go! Servings is huge and definitely Bigger than your face ^^. My fave flavor is Spicy Crispy BBQ chicken! Its the best and i can eat it all day long! Plus their Blue Lemonade is a must too!

Been wanting to try their chicken. My friends told me their chicken are huge, it exceeded my expectations. It was humongous! The flavor resembles Serenitea's chicken chops. It was beyond satisfying. Extra rice is indeed needed to satisfy the ulam-rice ratio. 😂

I love fried chicken so I and my friend decided to try the HOT STAR CHICKEN famous large cut crispy fried chicken. It took long before our order had arrived but I felt amazed when the food is ready. The chicken is larger than a normal hand of a human. The taste is not anything special. Price is affordable for a large serving of chicken. Service is good. There crews are attentive. Overall it's ok, not to good, not to bad.

Typical Taiwanese fried chicken (original) but you'll be surprised with how humongous it is. The gravy is good, buttery in taste. It's also affordable.

Great Place for Hungry Tummy! Totally satisfied with their Yummy delicious Large Fried Chicken and other varieties! The paintings and Lightning are great in their cozy place here in Banawe!Self service is just right because they serve fast and with cute waiting badge mouth that lights and vibrate when your no. is up.They even cater the very first Baby Christening/Birthday party in his 1st yr. Great isn't it?

I was surprised to see a very large piece of chicken being served to us.I ordered crispy chicken and it didn't fail me.There was a hint of cinnamon and the chicken was aromatic as well.The price is just right (145 with rice and drink) even though the amount of rice with the meal is not that much.

He was reluctant at my description of chicken as huge as your face, but he knew that this can turn into a long discussion, so he gave in... 😁We entered the pastel blue and yellow shop and ascended a long flight of stairs to get to the dining area... Though we got there early, it was already packed with lots of customers eager to eat the large fried chicken... The line was a bit long but it moved fast, thanks to the efficient cashiers at the helm...👍We both ordered the original fried chicken (P110) with rice and drink (add P35)... You can still opt to upsize the drink if you would like... But they don't give you the option of turning that soda into their almond or gulaman shake... Too bad since it looks positively yummy!😄 my bf also got the crispy fruit salad as his desert...Our orders came up promptly... The place is a self service joint by the way... The chicken was HUGE, just like the ones in the streets of Taiwan... Great breading with juicy meat... Poor quality of the rice... I swear, one is bound to buy another cup of rice at this place... My suggestion? Share the chicken! But since my bf is a growing boy (figuratively, not literally), he was able to finish his order and about half of mine too... 😁😁😁 I think it would taste better a bit spicy, but we always play it safe when it comes to new places...😊Hmmm, don't bother with the fruit salad, I'm sure you can make a better one at home...Btw, the gravy is unlimited too! 😊A great alternative to Chickenjoy and Chicken McDo...😄 same price range too...

We ordered the group meal and had 2 sticky rice and 2 mashed potatoes as the sides. Both sides complimented the chicken and gravy. I did not enjoy the combination of almond and black gulaman. Well, that's just my opinion.

This definitely surprised me! Taking over the tastes of Bon Chon and Kyo Chon. This huge XXL chicken boasts obviously of its size and not just that, the taste was awesome too! Fried chicken variants are original (breaded), fried (battered), and bbq with sesame seeds. Ordered all 3 and I like bbq and fried the best. They have the usual unlimited gravy, comes with rice and drink. They also have the delicious almond or black gulaman with your choice of slush or soft serve ice cream. A must-try discovery...the price tops it all off! Definitely a hot start for me!
