We were clueless where to eat on a cloudy afternoon, so we decided to hit the mall’s gardens. We walked aimlessly until we thought we needed warm broths for lunch. I wasn’t expecting anything delicious when we walked in, just nice warm ramen. We ordered a bowl each &, to our surprise, they served us savory, piquant, & filling ramens! They were cooked so good! The ambience of the restaurant is cozy, though a bit cold. The staff were nice, friendly, & attentive. The place isn’t as intimidating as the other better-known ramen houses & I think that’s wonderful. We would love to dine here again!

Honestly, it was pricey for 2 people but authentic ramen shops are really on this price range.Like us on fb: eatcouple04Follow us on ig: @eatcouple04

10/28/201820:35Service: warmth was there, just expecting the same spirit other ramen houses have. Sadly, I honestly think their knowledge is sub par in the competition. Food served fast, within the reasonable waiting timeShio: Wife ordered the signature ramen, the original Shio, while I ordered the spicy milky Shio variant. I'd say that their original version is a lot better--- the soup base's taste and texture is more pronounced than the "spicy" flavor which turned out to be a saltier one (not actually spicy though). Bowl content is generous and contain pretty much all the basic elements that a ramen should have. We wish that they could also include a wider option of condiments like other ramen houses offer.Spicy Shio: pork meat is cured, noodles tasted good. Happy that my bowl has chopped green onions but when I saw that the original bowl has mushrooms, I wanted to complain! The ramen still tasted good, better than the cheaper Kuroda.*Beef maki*: the meat is marinated, kinda killed the typical maki taste but still good to me. I wish they can lighten the marinade for this one.Obviously, I would recommend their original Shio as it has a unique taste that will differentiate the ramen from other shops' "basic ramen"Will definitly go back.

Service was great! The ambiance of the store is very classy and simple. The food though is very expensive for a small serving of ramen and other dishes on the menu, but the taste is superb plus the twist of that red pearl in the ramen will definitely surprise you.

I have always been a HOPELESS RAMENtic!Santouka's ambiance, soothing background music and the flavorful broth is what made our visit more RAMENtic!❤️One thing I loved about this place is the yummy flavor of the soup. We ordered their signature shio broth and it is best eaten upon serving, the soup is not too hot and is full of flavor. 👌👌We ordered their Santouka light meal which comes with Gyoza and a sushi roll. It was both good and already affordable for its price. The only let down for me though was the noodles. I'm no expert of an authentic ramen noodles since I haven't been to Japan but their noodles looks like one of those instant noodles. Could have improve on this.Overall, the big flavor and great noodles will have me coming back for more. Definitely the best ramen I've ever had. So do yourself a favor and savor an authentic ramen experience regardless of the coming hot weather. Your tummy will definitely thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

Wife’s craving for ramen that needs to be satisfied. Trying out their ramen and sushi. FOOD: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Their sushi is well-made and tastes fresh. For us, it was the highlight of the experience. We enjoyed their pork tonkatsu while the ramen is decent. We appreciated the hearty amount of serving that can more than fill your hungry stomach. SERVICE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️The crew is courteous but it took them awhile to get the bill. Been waiting for 15-20 mins. They also give an “order receipt” prior serving the meals, which was personally off putting.AMBIANCE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The place is a bit dark with tables tightly packed.

Ordered their santuoka set menus, it's filling and value for money wherein a single set can fill 2 persons. I wish they add gyoza to their set menu options as well. Their ramen is ok, bit disappointed with the noodles and left wanting for more flavor with their broth. The drinks are pricey but the ambience of the place looks good.

This was my hubby’s fave ramen spot so I was excited to try it once we’re already here in the ph. The ambience of the place has a super Japan-vibe. Dark, low seatings were a great aspect of that. It wasn’t crowded when we came so staff were super attentive. Food was okay, but could be better. I wish that there’d be more veggies on the ramen and not just cabbage because it was so redundant. Coleslaw on my tonkatsu, on the karaage and on the ramen was way too much. I didn’t like that the dessert came in a form of a canned fruit cocktail. I expected better than that from a Japanese place. Plus karaage shouldn’t have been that golden brown color. Karaages I know were light brown and coating was packed with nori like flavor. It Would have been better if there’d be more varieties on sides. Anyhow, we enjoyed the ramen here. Broth was so creamy and full on flavour, soba noodles were cooked perfectly, pricing was great given the serving size.

Very neat ambiance which is to be expected for a Japanese Restaurant. Staffs are accommodating and will quickly attend to your requests. Food is great. I liked the set meal as it is a good deal and good for sharing. Perfect hangout place. Plus instagrammable location well lit for picture taking.

What I like about their ramen is the yummy taste of their broth. However, it's not too thick just like any other traditional ramen. Kara-Miso ramen is one thing I liked among their ramen line up.The Salmon Roe is my top pick in their menu! Would really come back for this one. We've also tried Chicken Gyoza Furai. Surprisingly nice to have for me. Coz I am not a fan of fried/dry Gyoza.
