We were clueless where to eat on a cloudy afternoon, so we decided to hit the mall’s gardens. We walked aimlessly until we thought we needed warm broths for lunch. I wasn’t expecting anything delicious when we walked in, just nice warm ramen. We ordered a bowl each &, to our surprise, they served us savory, piquant, & filling ramens! They were cooked so good! The ambience of the restaurant is cozy, though a bit cold. The staff were nice, friendly, & attentive. The place isn’t as intimidating as the other better-known ramen houses & I think that’s wonderful. We would love to dine here again!

10/28/201820:35Service: warmth was there, just expecting the same spirit other ramen houses have. Sadly, I honestly think their knowledge is sub par in the competition. Food served fast, within the reasonable waiting timeShio: Wife ordered the signature ramen, the original Shio, while I ordered the spicy milky Shio variant. I'd say that their original version is a lot better--- the soup base's taste and texture is more pronounced than the "spicy" flavor which turned out to be a saltier one (not actually spicy though). Bowl content is generous and contain pretty much all the basic elements that a ramen should have. We wish that they could also include a wider option of condiments like other ramen houses offer.Spicy Shio: pork meat is cured, noodles tasted good. Happy that my bowl has chopped green onions but when I saw that the original bowl has mushrooms, I wanted to complain! The ramen still tasted good, better than the cheaper Kuroda.*Beef maki*: the meat is marinated, kinda killed the typical maki taste but still good to me. I wish they can lighten the marinade for this one.Obviously, I would recommend their original Shio as it has a unique taste that will differentiate the ramen from other shops' "basic ramen"Will definitly go back.
