Friends, This is the place where you really want to hang out after a hard day at work, though hidden and super traffic going here, it's worth the travel. AS you enter, no one will accomodate you, nobody will say hi to you or give you a warm welcome. Just feel at home, go in, sit and have a nice time. The place is surprising, good ambience, good lighting, Super good price for beers and other products.Look forward going back here, though the staffs are not that accommodating, ok lang., The place is nice naman. O yeah

This is a place where you can eat excellent food at a cheaper cost. I can describe their cooking with quality and quantity. The design of the interior are so traditional, that it feels like time travelling to 1896. The only cons here were the staff who are not really welcoming, however, they are attentive when you need something... They also have an acoustic set in the bar section; which makes for a cozy chill place with friends. There is also a comfortable couch, should you decide to stay inside. If you prefer to chill, I suggest that you come here from Monday to Wednesday. Otherwise, it can be crowded.

Great music & friendly atmosphere -- not sleazy. High ceilings make for good ventilation even in smoking areas. Loved their "I did my best" chicken & affordable beers. Burger also offers good value for money.Band playing was also great.

3.4 is too high of a rating for this establishment. And this is ONLY because your staff is incompetent, meaning YOU are incompetent. Didn't eat coz your staff couldn't get their shit together! They didn't want to split up the bill coz it was too hard for them. If my friends weren't playing there I would've never gone and maybe never will again. Can you put a negative rating here?

I had to degrade this place from a 4 to a 1.5 because the food is getting more and more disgusting every time we go there.. very sorry but it's trueHere is a place we can all go and relax. The ambiance is terrific, Kinda old worldly and colonial. Plenty of ceiling fans to keep the smoke away. I found the staff to always be attentive and to have their eyes on the ball so to speak. In the many times I have frequented the place I have always found the staff to be super helpful The beer is a fair price and always ice cold. The other drinks are a bit too much. This is really just a friendly fun and safe place to go and chill out.  I would have given 5 out of 5 but here is the down side... The food completely sucks.. too expensive for not nice and very very very stingy portions. But this is a bar for fun and music. The food is only secondary.Go along one day.... Enjoy

Nice place to spend the night over good food, couple of drinks, and bring some friends with you. Music will be your company should you be alone, which the bar has invites from different bands.

Of all the bars in Quezon City that have live music as their centerpiece, I would say that Historia definitely offers the best live music of any genre. Different bands belonging to different genres perform each night, and these bands are not mediocre, "puwede na" bands but really good ones, from rock to jazz to all guitar instrumentalists to pop. A personal favorite is Janice Javier, from The Voice. The place as well is one of the nicer looking bars in the Timog/Morato area. They have a good selection of shots and alcohol, all of which are reasonably priced. The food they serve, however, has been inconsistent; sometimes it's good and sometimes it's blah. You can probably just eat somewhere near and come here after for the drinks and music.

The place is fine, I love the interior of the resto, yun nga lang sobrang dim ng ilaw. The place has an airconditioned place and non-aircon area with a live band.We ordered Escolta Rice, Adobong Binagoongan and Stuffed Shrimp. The Stuffed Shrimp is like morcon with a shrimp inside with a sweet sauce. Nothing extraordinary. The adobong Binagoongan is good. I didn't taste the adobo twist in the dish. The Escolata Rice is a fried rice with shrimp and pork. The shrimp has a taste already. Then the sauce used was overpowering. The price is ok for a dish good for 2-3 persons. The serving is not what I expect for 2-3 persons. The staffs and waiters are so accommodating and friendly. :)If your finding a beautiful place with old Filipino interior theme, this is the place to be.

Affordable and delish! Love the live band. Love the historical theme! Love all the filipino dishes. The fusion bet caldereta and adobo was weird but nonetheless it was delicious~
