Its our first time here in hanuri and their shabu shabu not too pricey. As you can see the ground floor seems like no one to eat here but if you go to 2nd floor its full. Shabu shabu good for two its worth it and try to order some of their grill food . They will be the one will cook and prepare for you. And now this is one of my favorite korean restaurant and its also 24hrs restaurant

One of the few Korean restos where you can cook your Bulgogi. The bulgogi is very good and I would recommend this over the shabu shabu anytime. Get this and plain rice - winning combo. I don't recommend the bibimbap though as I find the sesame oil overpowers the dish. Shabu shabu is ok as well as the other grilled dishes.

One of the best kept secret of Tomas Morato is the Hanuri Korean Restaurant. It is quite small but you won't fail to find it as it is right beside the Family Mart along Tomas Morato. You can expect genuine shabu shabu Korean style. Waiters are always on the look out of what you need .Bring the family along and cook your own korean dishes just the way you want it!

Had a terrible dine here during the weekend. I saw the reviews at this place and I was thrilled that the food here was good. My date also recommended this place. Upon entering you will be greeted by the staff and also the smoke. Like wow. The exhaust isn't working at all!We got seated quickly which is good. Although the service is slow - I understand since the place is packed - but they didn't manage to place a menu until I asked for it several times. Water refill also must be asked several times before they would deliver. Food. Okay. First of all, I am a fan of Korean food. The appetizers were not that much and the kimchi isn't that all spicy, which is a let down. My order came in first (which is the bulgogi) and I was a little disappointed with the presentation of the food. Wasn't able to take a picture of it because I was really disappointed. Taste was passable. I had better bulgogi somewhere else. My date had her bibimbap (which took ages before served) fortunately saved our dine here at this restaurant. The bibimbap is good. Had lots of flavor in it and in a hefty serving as well. Would I come back here? Probably in a long time. There are a couple of Korean restaurants along Tomas which would have better food and service. I would love to come back again but maybe not in the immediate future.

Staff seemed nice. Location and hours are good. The place is easy to find. Parking may be an issue.Food was okay. Decent, normal. Nothing extraordinary about it. Serving size was okay.Utensils weren't clean. I don't know if it's because we dined in at around 4 AM but that's not excuse, right? My friend and I would have enjoyed more if it wasn't for issues with cleanliness. We did ask for new utensils but we both ended up having more bathroom visits for a few days after our visit here. That was just our experience, perhaps their service improved now. :-)

The place is small and gets too smokey, and you also have to remind the waiters from time to time of what you need. But what the heck! The food was great! We ordered shabu-shabu which could pass for 3 persons, beef bulgogi (almost the same as shabu shabu but more veggies) and seafood pancake. We left the place with a happy tummy!

Bad service. We waited for the appetizer to arrive for more than 30 minutes, plus we were beside noisy drunk Koreans which made things worse than they already were, although the food was good, especially the pancake!

Very reasonable price for the Shabu-shabu. We visit here every now and then because they serve the best korean beef :) I just hope they make a promo like other Korean restaurants e.g., Beef buffet.

Very Good: JJIMDAK (the korean version of chicken adobo.) Best for those who like dishes with a bit of spice. Place seems clean and modern. One of their appetizers (lettuce salad) comes with a very delicious dressing! The waiter was so nice to give me more when I commented it was sooo yummy.I happened to discover this place on a Friday night. The other restos in the area are full. This one is not - which is probably a bad sign. Except for the noisy patrons (they were praying, then getting drunk) on other table, the restaurant was OKAY.

Recently discovered this hole in the wall. I recommend the shabu-shabu coz you'll really get your money's worth. Ingredients are fresh and big serving sizes. The servers are also attentive and theyre open 24/7.
