Hanayo can easily be seen when you're in Tomas morato. It's just in the opposite side of Zirkoh. The owners are always there and they would warmly welcome you to their restaurant. Just like any korean eat all you can restaurants, you'll be sure to expect kimchis and grilled meat but unlike the 300-450php priced korean places, this one will surely give you quality meat and food. Their meat are not too fatty and are just soft enough to satisfy the inner carnivore in you. They also have sashimis and tempuras if you crave for a bit of japanese fare. Also, don't forget to try out their korean beef stew as it is one of the house specialties. Currently, the weekend dinner is priced at 630.00 per head and who could complain about the price when all you can eat korean ice cream is included in the buffet! Melona here I come :)

had a dinner with boyfriend's barkada here on saturday night.it was full at the moment we came so we need to wait for more than 30 minutes to be seated.there is one middle aged korean man, that i assumed as the owner, entertaining the guests, and taking reservation for the seats which i found very nice and accommodating.after waiting for a while, we finally able to get our seats, so as soon as that we start digging whatever on the serving plate.was so hungry so i wasn't able to take picture of the food choices... my bad *hehe.. but since the place were packed, most of the food are finished except the uncooked meat. so while waiting for the cooked food to be served, we cook the meat first. some of the dishes are tempura, jap chae, tuna sashimi and salmon sashimi *yum! (but quite limited), bibimbap (which need to be ordered to be served separately), beef bulgogi, kimchi, yang nyum chicken (not sure if the pronunciation correct), fried chicken, soup (not sure if miso or traditional korean soup), etc.although for the drink the choices are limited, only iced tea, soft drinks and water. if you want to drink soju and beer you need to pay for the bottle separately.after eating you can get unlimited korean ice cream as well.. although not many can eat more than 2 ice creams, since they probably are too full from all the previous meal.not bad for the price, but need to come earlier so you can enjoy more of the dishes.

My friend just wanted to try a Korean buffet so she researched and found Hanayo. My eyes twinkled upon reading the words "unlimited ice cream" so it has been choosen and decided on hahaha! Good thing I called for a reservation because the place was really small. The buffet area is small also but filled with goood Korean food. I was not paying attention on what viands I got but they are all delicious and (of course) spicy. I'm not really into spicy foods tho. The meat: a freezer filled w marinated and plain chicken, pork etc. I liked the marinated chicken and pork belly put inside the lettuce and some sauce. We didnt like the tea but we indulged on the different ice creams yey! After that I thought I got a brain freeze :))))Buffet price (saturday dinner) was P630. I was not very very very satisfied but I got full :)
