i still remember ha yuan way back 25 years ago at their first location along west ave. as it was a large front porch or garage that was converted to a restaurant. i always order maki mi, fresh lumpia and siomai. I tried it again today and it taste the same as before. Ended a very fulfilling lunch.

My Childhood Favorite!!!👍 Maki is Their house specialty. Though i ordered it with noodles. (Maki Mi) I have to say I quite enjoyed their rendition of it. The pork were perfectly cooked and the sauce was of thick and a bit sticky that I truly enjoyed. *authentic feels* Plus good service and with free buchi! 😋

We ordered the Bok Choy & Mushroom in Oyster Sauce, Firsh Fillet w/ Tofu in Taosi, and the Fresh Lumpia. Decent home cooked dishes at very affordable prices. The place is quite decent too, I wish it was just a little bit cleaner.

Went here as usual for their camto mami. Camto is similar to plain noodles except that its soup is thick and a bit more flavorful. Aside from their soup, Ha Yuan is famous for popularizing the fresh lumpia. Even before the mall stalls started hawking these veggie babies. I would suggest though that perhaps management would renovate their place a bit, there are disturbing water drippings from the resto's ceiling.

The only thing I order here (i send someone to take out) is their fresh lumpia and their breaded tofu with special sauce. Generally, they are overpriced and I’m not kidding... they increase their prices almost every 3 months! I wouldn’t dine in either because the place has no ambience whatsoever and looks dirty. Waiters and cashier are also very unfriendly 😔
