I can say that the food is good. I loved how their pita was presented. It looks like a waffle sandwich! The meat is tender and the sauce blends well with the meat and veggies. When it comes to food presentation, I expected a more presentable food but the gyro was served in a box. LOL. but it’s okay.

Hubby and I are shawarma lovers so when we saw the store, we decided to try it. They have chicken and beef as options for your sandwich. I tried the beef and Hubby bought the chicken. It was delicious and we like the concept of the bread with a pocket. The food was affordable but I wished they could have included already the cheese sauce in the sandwich without the additional cost. We like eating here but I hope they could make a combo already with fries and drink.

I always thought this restaurant was really pricey since it was located at the ground floor of The Block, amongst the high end cafes but boy was I wrong! A beef or chicken donner sandwich only costs 80 bucks! Plus plus if you wanted cheese, a side of fries and a glass of iced teas with it. So we orderedbeef gyro, greeky fries and a chicken gyro too. The pocket bread was crisp and cooked really nice. It was tasty but I wanted mine a little spicy so I asked for hot sauce. The greeky chicken fries was yummy too. Very filling. Can't wait to try it with rice next time.

Gyro V makes an interesting contender to the usual fast food chains in the malls, with its fresh concept and tasty sandwiches. If you're looking for a change in flavor and want to veer away from the regular fried chicken and rice combo, Gyro V is certainly a nice alternative.

Ordered the beef gyro sandwich with fries. The sandwich was pleasant - it had a good amount of vegetables, beef was flavored with cumin or turmeric and a good serving of yogurt sauce. I also tried the chicken gyro on my first visit but i personally liked the beef more.

Affordable place for some gyro cravings. I ordered the beef sandwich with fries and cheese and i also ordered the gyro beef rice. Both are fairly tastly. I still prefer Halal Guys though. Also, the time we arrived, I think they were understaffed as they struggle in cleaning the tables, cooking and getting the orders. We have to wait for more than 20mins for the order.

Gyro V gave us a greek cuisine ambience. We tried their beef gyro, cheesy fries and chicken with rice. They have big servings making you already full and a generous serving of cheese and garlic mayo sauce. Just make sure you are ready to get your hands messy 😝 They will provide you with plastic gloves with your sandwiches.

Gyros! I love them and when i saw this resto i immediately wanted to try. It is more of a stall than a resto so don’t expect table service. You are given a plastic hans glove for one hand to eat the gyro. I ordered all meat and added 10 for the veggies. A lot of meat with a curry taste! Not bad. The pita was a bit tough and i wasn’t given service water which they probably don't have.

When we want to become adventurous when it comes to food, we usually find information online, especially in websites such as CashCashPinoy and Metrodeal. We chanced upon this 50% off offer for Greek cuisine Gyro V Gyro Beef or Chicken Rice in Metrodeal so we tried it out. Gyro V is on the ground floor at The Block at SM North Edsa.

I got the Classic Chicken pita pocket (P80) with fries (add P35) and iced tea (add P55)... The bf got the all beef option (wherein they remove the veggies) with the same add ons... They were generous with the sauce but I agree that it lacked in flavor... The meat had a lot of spices though, generally not too bad... One portion will already satisfy a not so hungry person... The iced tea was good too, but you can skip the fries... The sign says Greek doner sandwich, but all their meat seems to come from pre-packed containers... No doner in sight... Meaning either not authentic OR not fresh... And the serving time was pretty long, we had to wait almost 30 mins for our orders to be ready... Not bad for the price actually... Not good if you are in a hurry though...😊
