I loooooove gong cha A LOT. I am addicted to their milkteas 😍 I truly recommend their milk wintermelon tea and milk tea with pearl jelly. Reasonable price for such awesome milktea.

As usual their milk teas are refreshing and yummy. Seating is available since they have 5-6 tables available for customers. The place is quiet so if you want to sip a great drink while studying or doing your paper works, you can do it here. Thumbs up for their House specials!

Their location isn't enclosed, so it's not that cozy but I love sitting there while sipping my tea on a Sunday afternoon. Fast service when it comes to preparing your drinks, but they don't clean the tables that much unless you tell them to do so.So far I haven't seen a Gongcha branch with a good ambience so siguro ganun talaga style nila. Pang to-go lang talaga.

Rating 1 star purely because the 2x i went there to potentially claim a Booky BOGO, the staff i encountered was (for lack of a better term) very inadequate. There's a way of saying "out of stock" without looking like you're annoyed that a customer wants that particular item off of your menu. PLUS. If you're going to have a BOGO promotion, make sure you have adequate stock to serve those who actually want to avail of that promotion. And not make the customer feel like you're pissed that they want a BOGO drink. BAD SERVICE.

Macha milk tea (with sweet pearls) is def on my list but this version from Gong Cha is so refreshing and my to-go cold drink whenever I'm at the mall esp. after gym or office. It's worth every sip. 🥤

Newly renovated Gong Cha branch which is located on the 3rd floor of the mall if I'm not mistaken. Ordered drinks here twice already and service was ok, but drinks were either too sweet or too bland.

Good news, they're now available for delivery via the honestbee app. When we ordered, they were on a merienda treat, and we got free delivery. We tried their Golden Milk Ovaltine and I had mine with pudding, my guy's with Oreo crumbs, and my kid's with pearl jelly. Pearl jelly wins! This is easily becoming my new favorite drink. Next time I'll try all three add-ons for the ultimate post-errands treat. 😊

While the drinks are still good, it's the service that needs a lot of improvement in this branch.A month or two ago, on my order it seems the cashier is new. For add-ons he asked pearls or coco jelly, I asked "what's the difference?" his reply the other one is coco (duh, I was hoping for a better explanation), strike one. They then prepared my drink, but at the end they said they're out of the cream topping that's supposed to go with the drink, strike two. They offered a different topping, I asked if its compatible to my drink, the cashier, same guy, said yes. So I said ok, then he added that there will be an additional charge, strike three! Why would I pay additional for an item thats not part of my original order... I would have been fine if the attitude of the trainee cashier was customer oriented. But out of frustration I decided to cancel my order even though they've already prepared the tea, just missing the toppings.Fast forward today. My friend said lets go for GongCha, though I had big apprehensions bcoz of my last experience. Still, we did order w/ just 2 people ahead of us ... 5 mins went by, 10 mins went by, at 15mins, we started to tell them, if the order is not yet ready, we will cancel. And so, they rushed. It seems, only 1 was doing the drinks, while the other is slowly whipping up some of the ingredients, while some of the staff are on break. With just 2 people initially ahead of us, we piled to around 10 people waiting for our drinks. We missed the first part of the movie bcoz of this.

While running errands, I decided to get some milk tea. Today I found out that Milk tea places in Robinsons Galleria were very scarce. I guess one on each end of the mall. The branch was really small for the amount of customers, like bees in a honeycomb. I was wondering why the low rating and now I see, basically this is just a take out place. There are vert few tables available, definitely not for chilling out. Because of the limited stores, people have no choice but to wait in long lines if they really want some. I had a different one today, I ordered Yakult Wintermelon with pearls. 3 sips in, I was wondering why the taste was like that then I realized it was just tea with pearls! Another one of my bad choices. Note to self: stick to the milk tea.
