Gerry's Grill is prolly my default go-to restaurants when I just want Filipino food, but this will be the first time I'm making a review of it.So we visited Gerry's Grill Trinoma branch for the first time (I usually eat in Robinson's Manila branch) and it's interiors in this branch is way better I'd have to say. It was cozy and chairs were nicely arranged. Lights were too dim though, or maybe because they were about to close that time already. Haha.My default order when eating in Filipino restaurants are Bulalo, Sinigang na Hipon or Salmon and Beef Kaldereta, but this time I ordered Kinilaw na Tanigue and the classic Inihaw na Manok. Chicken was good. It was juicy and tasty. I still prefer the classic toyo+calamansi+sili combo for sawsawan though because I find their signature sauce a bit sweet. Kinilaw was okay, i wish it was spicier. Something is lacking in their kinilaw, i just can't put my finger on it.Overall experience was okay, as always. :)

We ordered the following:Chicken Skin - Soooooo good! with or without the vinegar dipSisig - Crunchy and flavorful. you have the option to have with or without egg.Caldereta - THIS IS THE BOMB!! Goes superrrrer well worh garlic rice. It will not dissapoint.

Gerry’s Grill has always been the best place to go for Filipino food. Any branch is always good. If theres one thing that i want to change in this place, its the loud ambience. Most of the Gerry’s place I’ve been to are playing loud music which is not really annoying but i would appreciate also an area where you can hear your family member while they tell their stories and enjoy their food. But overall, Gerry’s place is excellent!

Worst service ever. Food is too salty. Service is very slow. They forget your order. I have eaten here about 5 times already. And nothing has changed. Still bad service ....

Worst place to dine. It takes a lot of time for the food to be ready. SUPER unattentive waiters. You’ll have a hard time calling their attention. And if you get lucky to get their attention, they would forget your request. The chubby bald one is one of the worst. We asked for our bill and we waited and waited but none came. Turned out he forgot it even if he went straight to the cashier after he left our table.

The food is quite good, however, the service is borderline terrible. In many of our visits, the serving time took an hour or more. The crew are inattentive and they avert their eyes when you raise your hand to call them. I know it probably isn't like that always, but if it happens a mostof the time you're there, then something's wrong.

If you want to get the best sisig? This is the place to be. Mom and I decided to have lunch at Gerry’s Grill since I was craving for Sisig (too bad photo not included). We also ordered Sinigang na Hipon, Pinakbet and Crispy Pata - and we’re just 2 who ate everything. Then since I was really craving for food, I ordered Manggang Hilaw, it was actually for starters pero super tagal sinerve so nawalan na ako ng gana kainin.Food taste was okay. Service was good, they have enough manpower since it was a Sunday. Price, affordable.

Perfect 👌 dinakdakan ever. Sizzling chicken is also good dinagdagan pa ng mga veggie sobra sakto ng texture. The pancit canton is parang melt in your 👄 forgot to take photo naubos kasi agad hahaha. The price is reasonable 😀👌

Today I was craving for a tasty and crunchy plate of sizzling sisig so we visited Gerry's Grill Trinoma branch.  We got there at around 11:45AM and was seated at around 12NN.  The lady upfront was nice enough to get our orders while the table was getting ready.  I was looking forward to a great lunch.  We ordered the (1) Binagoongan Rice, (2) Pinakbet, (3) Inihaw na Pusit, (4) Sisig w/ Egg and (5) Sizzling Bangus ala Pobre.  It took awhile for the food to arrive which for me was understandable considering the lunch rush.  However when the food did come abour 30mins later it wasn't even warm.  Have you ever eaten a plate of room temp sisig.?  I was very very disappointed.  I would rather have the food come one by one but warm instead of served as a whole but unappetizing.  Out of everything we ordered we only enjoyed the Bangus.  One of the serving staff did come over and ask us how the food was and I mentioned that nothing was warm when it was served. She apologized and cited the lunch rush as the reason.  But really? even if there was a lunch rush how difficult would it be to prioritize the rice dish first and just get the viands out as soon as it was cooked.  Overall, I would say that the quality was sacrificed in order to have everything served in one go.  I don't know the reason why the serving style is this way but I would suggest that you advice the customer of the wait time then ask if they would prefer all the food to be served in one go or serve the food as it is cooked.  I"m very reluctant to visit this branch again :(
