Newly opened in this mall, one can find it at the Far left side corner at the second floor.Warning: never expect a good service on Sunday during lunch time.That being said, we still went 😝 not only once but twice, that’s because You don’t get much choice in the way of decent restaurants in SM Centerpoint. Besides there is nothing not to like at Gerry’s : everything is just good! From The house blended iced tea, To Crispy Pata, to the best sisig, to sizzling Squid, to Sinigang, to the ugliest looking dish Tinomok, which happens to be our favourite down to sizzling kang Kong !!! Gerry’s is 20 years in existence which means that they’ve gone along successful way from my first visit to their branch in Burgos Makati (not there anymore) when it opened. The quality of their food is still the same, thank goodness for that.The first visit was frustrating. I was with my Sunday School class of young men where part of the side lesson is overcoming their shyness and proper etiquette. I have already instructed one of them to ask for water and the other to give the orders, the other to follow up on the orders, but the crew just kept ignoring these kids like they have never heard or seen them call their attention at all. So I asked to speak to the very apologetic Manager Al, then everything went smoothly after that. My second visit, was great, despite the long queue, which is expected since it was really a busy business hours. I guess Manager Al recognised my ugly battle-ax self 😂 so we got served properly and all our dishes were delivered on time. The good thing about The Manager is the fact that he’s not only commanding his staff to do the works but you can see him serve and carry trays of food too. Talk about leading by example 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Masarap ang mga pagkain nila at sulit ung presyo dahil sa dami ng servings ng food per order. Mura din ang beer bucket nsa around 400+ 8 bottles.

Took 10 minutes of waiting, before we were seated to a room with a boisterous group next to us, and there was no choice of seating since it was a full house. Food was ok, I had better food preparation here, though it can be overlooked due to the influx of diners. I was just glad that the crispy pata that was overly fried that it was impossible to separate the meat from the bones was replaced when I called the attention of our solicitous server,Rey. Service was prompt and staff were friendly :)

Food 4.5 - We loved their Karekare and Sizzling Sisig. Didn't like their inihaw na pusit, medyo di type ng panlasa ko.Ambiance 3 - Cozy, but the place/area we were sitted was so cold. Which kinda ruined our first visit, as the food gets cold quicker.Service 3.5 - Medyo mahirap kunin attention ng staff, kse busy din. But once you have their attention, prompt service naman.

They dont allow special request to use the secluded area even if we please several times to use it for my mother’s birthday to be used by 12guests. Pity customer service!

Our first time to eat here! We celebrate my daughter’s graduation and we had a very fun and relaxing dinner, the food is good 👍🏾 servings are enough, the staff and crew are accommodating naman and theyve always attend to our needs. Medyo sumablay nga lang sa take out namin kasi we think na pinabayaan yung food but na settled naman lahat. 😊 keep it up pa guys 🙂 thank you.

Unreliable payment system when using the auto debit. My online transaction reflected that my purchased was charged in my account which was not consistent with their system and i was still charged the full amount by Gerrys. For cases like this, suggests that they have a system in place on how to handle it in a more customer friendly manner.

Been with the branch three times. One of the good branches of Gerry's Grill.Food - 4. Typical grill pinoy favorites. Cocktail is good.Ambiance and Service - 4. We were there on 1/27/19, and been there few times. we like the pancit bihon and the grilled fishand grilled squid and crispy pata!I probably left my senior card there, please save it for me and will claim it in April when Im in Manila.Thank you
