Figaro Trinoma staff are friendly and accommodating. Also, their sandwhiches are savory and flavorful. However, they need to improve the taste of their pastas (bolognese and chorizo) by making the distinct taste more more evident.

The Cheese and Garlic Pizza was good and tasty. Happy that quality of the pizza is the same with their other branches. The Carbonara was creamy. However, the Chicken Ala Kiev with Pesto pasta was not that good. The chicken was a bit dry (a good cream sauce would be good) and the pesto lacks flavor. Might not order their Chicken ala Kiev again.

This is our 1st time to eat in your restau and will be the last I think. We waited for almost 30 mins and ended up eating frozen meatballs and not newly cooked pasta. They should have heated our food atleast. They offered complementary but it was given by a server. We are expecting to hear a thing from the manager.

Good food. This is my go to olace when I feel under the weather. They serve hot dalandan juice. Their pizza and pasta are great too. I'll go back here for sure.

If you are a pasta lover then definitely, Figaro is the one to go to. The price is cheap but the taste of their food is not compromised. Add to that, the serving is really generous. Their branch here in Trinoma is good but not recommended for those who want a liitle mor privacy and intimacy since it is situated on an open area.

I ordered the pesto pasta which was pretty bland. I recommend you try their french bakes instead which is one of my favorites since I was young. As for the staff, they were accommodating and friendly.

I like Figaro but the service in this branch is really terrible. The food that we ordered was not served all at the same time, the servers were not even apologetic at all. I was so annoyed that I didn't have the appetite to eat the food that they served so I asked for a container and a paper bag and packed it on my own.

I haven’t been to any Figaro branches for a long while now until that afternoon when I was killing time in Trinoma Mall.I excitedly ordered one of my favorites, Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and what else, Iced Chocolate which tasted, well, iced chocolate. It was on the bland side and the boring side. The Pudding, that day, has officially ceased being a favorite. I don’t remember the pastry to be this pathetically small… And dry. And shrunken. And old-tasting.In short, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. What’s happening, Figaro?

Their cheese pizza is my absolute favorite. That’s the only thing I would come back for. All the other food items on the menu were pretty average. Ambience of the place so-so since it was in an open area. I prefer the other Figaro establishments. I would’ve given 3 stars if it hadnt been for the cheese pizza.
