Family dinner is one of the things that I usually look forward to on weekends. One Sunday night, we decided to go to SM North EDSA to bond and have a simple dinner with them. We checked out some restaurants and since I’m the website in the family, I decided to eat at Fat Fook since we all crave for something Asian.

Good food, quick service. Especially loved the Taiwanese-style fried rice, black pepper beef, and mapo tofu. We ordered plain white rice to go with the mapo tofu and it was a great decision. The beef satay noodles was ok but I found it a bit too salty. The chicken chops was fine but we felt it could use more flavor. The server gave us a sweet sauce when we asked for condiments to pair with it.Oh, and they had a promo when we dropped by. We got a free serving of beef satay noodles because we had a birthday celebrant. Not sure about the details of the promo so make sure to ask when you dine here. 😉

I was disappointed with my order of vegetable dumpling on 6/22. The middle part was just warm and edges of the wrappers were cold. The waiter offered to steam it again but I declined. More so it was all minced pork with very few cut scallions. The menu says “Vegetable Dumpling”.I also ordered my all-time favourite beef tendon and oyster omelette and are always consistent with the taste and quality. However it was not piping-hot when served. I have been visiting this place for the 5th time with same order and always served really hot same with their branch in WCC except this time.

Fat fook is one of the restaurants we often visit.the staff is friendly . The xiao long bao is great . I love the fried intestines and misua intestines . The mapo tofu is great so as the 3 cups chicken . The chinese sausage is a must too. Also try the taiwan noodles .Chicken chop and more. To end it try the guava juice its refreshing.

Tried this place for their Xiao Long Bao mostly, and I was very happy about it. It had a lot of soup in it, and I like how there were random big chunks of meat in between bites. The Intestine Misua soup is similar to the ones you can find in the Tapei night markets. Will definitely recommend.

Food is very good here. It isn't as authentic as I'd hope for but it is the closest one I could find so far in the metro. It's bit on the expensive side considering the serving are mostly good for two only. Nonetheless, their XLB, beef noodles, chicken strips, and pork rice topping are the must tries. Oh, and wait for their unli XLB promo. It's definitely worth it!

Fat Fook, is very memorable to us. Dito kami pangatlong date namin ng wife ko. We tried Taiwanese Sausage, and Taiwan Beef Noodles. Surely we will be back to dine again :)

for a place with a 10% service charge, it's quite difficult to get the attention of the servers to show you to seat you, as well as to get them to take your order or to refill drinks or to give you your change. they're fast when giving you the bill at least.very disappointed as their xiao long bao is very soggy and broke with the slightest movement :( all 5 XLBs we ordered broke easily :(their mapo tofu is a tad salty and not spicy at all. vegetable fried rice is ok.

I love their ambiance. Very asian. The staff are accommodating. It's just the food. Our ordered taiwanese fried rice tasted like it was burnt. The beef tasted burnt and the omellete is really salty. The spinach is okay . and fried squid - that I wished has sauce that goes with it. Not worth the price. But then again the ambiance is instagramable so. I really don't know.

I love Fat Fook! Although I still prefer DTF’s xiao long bao, their beans, rice, and tofu are very recommendable. They’re rich in taste and worth the price! Their milk tea is also my favorite amongst all the other Taiwanese restaurants. ❤️
