I always eat here because I love their empanada, unfortunately some of their food are inconsistent in taste. When I tried their pansit bagnet with salted egg for the first It was really good and tasty so when I went there again I ordered it again but it is not as tasty as before and tried for the 3rd and 4th time but unfortunately it is not as good as the first time I ordered it. Same with their crispy dinuguan. I hope they can standardized their recipe.

Craved for Empanada so we went here we ordered their Ultimate Ilocos Empanada and their Pancit Bagnet Ultimate Ilocos Empanada - Siksik! Kumpleto dahil may itlog, bagnet at longganisa. Nakaka busog! Pancit Bagnet - good for sharing at an affordable price. Kaso dahil nga Pancit Bagnet ang pangalan, hinahanap ko yung bagnet hahaha! Mas maraming chicharon bes

We were just looking for something to eat for breakfast aside from the usual fastfoods and then we stumbled upon this little place along Viasayas Ave. :)PLACEPlace seems nice with normal ventilation. The walls will have you take a look at them since that's where their menu is and screenshots and FYI about their food. :)SERVICEThis is a self-service food chain. Order - wait for your order to be served. FOODWe were only going to order the empanada but the Pancit Bagnet just took my attention. Taste meets expectations and that's it. My girlfriend though commented that the pancit is a bit on the salty side.. -.-

DIsappointed sa West Avenue Branch! Di maganda ang Customer Service dun!!!!Gusto ko lang po sabihin ang experienced ko s West Avenue Branch nyu. Kumain po kmi dun. Umorder po kami ng Pinakbet, 1 rice at 2 emapanada. Yun mga staff nyu po dun kesa mag asikaso eh nagdadaldalan. Kung di na ako nag follow up antagal mag serve ng food. Dalawa lang kami ng friend ko na cx po nung oras na yun. Di lang po yan ang nangyari since d po namin naubos ang pinakbet namin pinatake out ko po. Nilagay nila sa styrofoam yung pinakbet. Ask ko yung isang server malapit  sa cashier "ate baka naman po meron kaung plastic na pwde ilagay ung food para di tumapon ung sabaw ng pinakbet" , ang sagot po sakin "wala po eh" .Pero may nakita ako ng supot n malabo(eto usually ung ginagamit sa mga ulam) sabi ko habang tinuro ko dun "ate ayun oh plastic po" , sagot nung babae sakin "pang ice po yun", sbi ko nman "baka pwde po dun"  sabi nung babae "hindi po ate mahihirapan kasi kami maglagay eh". Pos sabi ko ule sa server  "may sabaw ito matatapon eh malayo pa pag uuwian nito ate".pos sabi nya lagay n lang natin sa supot n may hawakan at tinananong pa nya yung cashier kung meron plastic sbi ni cashier wala,wala. dahil nainis ako umalis na lang ako. Naramdaman ko bilang loyal at consistent nyung customer na hindi ako napahalagaan. Yun nga natapon ang sauce or sabaw nya.Nagtataka po ako kung yung pinakbet nyu na may sabaw or sauce nung eh talagang sa styrofoam ilalagay.?Di ko lam kung ano pano po naturuan ang mga staff ng food preparation, food handling at customer service ang staff nyu pero ang pagkaka alam ko lang ay maari naman gamitin ang sentido common. Paxenxa na po pero nakakadismaya po kasi.. Ako po ay isang Ilokana at ang mga pagkain ng Farinas Vigan Empanada ay aking paborito ngunit sa branch ng west avenue ako nadismaya. Eto pa pala dapat po may bantay kau kasi po ang dali makapasok ng mga batang lansangan para humingi ng pagkain s mga customer. Mejo nakakawalang gana po yun. Naway mabigyan aksyon itong aking hinaing. Slamat po.

Probably one of the best Ilocano empanadas i've ever had... My fave is the one with egg and longganisa. Perfect combo! Their vinegar sauce is on point.

I honestly don't know if they're authentic, but I like their dishes. I have tried the Ilocos empanada of Vigan and Laoag, but thier's are actually less greasy. Everything is truly comforting especially when you're craving for the typical Ilocano pinakbet, dinakdakan, bagnet, and longganisa.Decent Ilocano dishes, always available anytime of the day. Perfect when I'm on my way home late from work and there's no more food at home.

Food looks delicious, but did not got my taste. Its average for me. I like also the environment, clean and neat. The crew were good at serving.

I've had my breakfast earlier in Farinas Ilocos Empanada as I was looking for something close to "lutong-bahay". I ordered their Ilocos Beef Tapa,since I really like eating tapsilog for breakfast. For P115, you get a just okay serving of tapa, sunny side up egg, and a cup plain rice (I was hoping it's garlic rice). I didn't taste anything like tapa but more of tocino. It was sweet, oily, and slightly rubbery - all that describes tocino. I like it though, I'm craving for that combination of saltiness of tapa drenched in vinegar.

empanada is great! i've tried empanada in Ilocos when I went there but did not enjoy it. This time i enjoyed eating it. But the miki needs some improvements.
