This place serves authentic Ilocano Dishes yes but to actuallly claim it to be open 24 hours is a big joke. The place is locked when we arrived and staff were sleeping. The chaires where all dismatled too. I suggest that you convert your stores to a smaller take-out conter 12 midnight onwards. It would require fewer staff and less overhead (everybody wins). Food was affordable but superb.

Worse Service. We were Number 15 and then they served IT to The next customer who onlty had 4 empanada orders. They explained that because The customer had fewer orders that's why they served IT to The next customer. Why bother with a Number system if you are just going to serve The customers with fewer orders. We asked for our money back. They only remarked "pasensya." Sarcastically. DO NOT ORDER HERE EVER. Other branches are better.

as an Ilokano, i really visit this place when I miss food back home. truly, it is a place where you can experience authentic Ilokano cuisine. nice place, super good food but the service personnels are not so much accommodating. still, always a great experience dining here.

Im an ilocana and I was really craving for ilocano foods esp the ilocos empanada then I saw this!Ambiance. Good. Feel na feel ko nung umuulan hahaWe ordered the following as seen on the photos.Food tastes the way they should be! Empanada, tapa, bagnet etc! I know because im an ilocana. :)Except for the miki, im kinda looking for more flavorful taste, I dont know what's lacking, the atchuete maybe or the patis. Or maybe the noodle that seems like bagong gawa overpowered the taste of the whole food. Kasi nung bata kami we used to make miki also, super MADALAS and familiar parin ako sa lasa nya.. But then I appreciate the plating and all that made the food looks inviting! miki was put in a big size cup haha and its really cute!Overall I still love the menus,! The place was okay and theService was okay.. 😊Empanada talaga yung babalikbalikan namin dito. Hehe.
