Ersao is my childhood. I remember the days I used to go to Ersao near my school and order one of their drinks. Now they have a branch in SM Fairview and I came their to see if they can give me that nostalgia. The first that was served was their Signature Beef Noodles which was spicy beef chunks and carrots with hand-pulled noodles with simmered beef bones as soup base. This will be the favorite of many and it for good reason because it is very tasty. The Hong Ma came next which was stewed pork liempo with adobo egg - the pork was tender and I liked it. Next was the Seafood Milk Noodles (prawns, meatballs, crab, squid and fishball sprinkled with sesame oil). The milky taste was a refreshing take on noodles and this is my favorite out of their noodles. The classic Pork Chao Fan came and it certainly still tastes great. The Radish Cake came next which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - still good. Bola Bola Troops came marching into our table and it was a combination of fried meatballs, fish balls and squid balls which is certainly better than the ones on the sidewalk. Chili Squid and Peanuts caught up with us which was small bits of squid pan fried with peanuts - it is great. The Spicy Chicken Steak then came and this is one of their classics. Crispy and tender chicken that keeps you eating more especially when dipped in their sweet chili garlic sauce.Soy Bathe Dumplings soaked in rich soy sauce will certainly make you miss its taste.Drinks came next and their Yakult Green Tea was sweet and sour at the same time. Lemon Splash Green Tea was sour but not too much. Ripe Mango Float looked very appealing with whip cream and vanilla ice cream on top and it tasted like an ice cream cake.Their new drink the Sesame Grains Ice Mud had a little texture to it which is certainly fresh and delicious.By far I had to order a Pearl Milk Tea as this drink hits home for me. It reminds me of the time I was still in high school with my old friends. Certainly a memory I wish to relive. The service is great, the food is worth looking forward to and the drinks can certainly keep you coming back. Ersao is still great and their expanded menu keeps things fresh for newcomers

I've always known Ersao for their shakes (green mango shake FTW), so when I get to try some of their dishes, it really made my trip to fairview a memorable one. Of course, you can't go to Ersao and not try their drinks. While I recommend my favorite green mango shake, the Ripe Mango Float, Yakult Green Tea and Sesame Grains Ice Mud is a must-try.When it comes to their food, their Hong Ma is my favorite. Traditional style stewed pork liempo with rice, who wouldn't want that? The meat and fat is so soft and tender. They also have noodle soup there and while the Signature Beef Noodles will be the safest bet, I suggest you try also their Seafood Milk Noodles. Creamy broth with seafoods like shrimp and the addition of ginger removes the "lansa" that you typically have in dishes like this. The result is a very good noodle soup, which in my opinion is better than their beef noodles which is also good. For dumplings, try their Soy Bathe Dumplings. Straight up steamed dumplings soaked in rich soy sauce. Your classic dumplings, only better.China Cortha Lamasan Takaw Tikim Ish Meets World

I've known Ersao for Milk Tea but I never thought that they also serve Noodles and Rice Meals. It's gonna be my first time to try their dishes. Honestly, I'm not expecting too much that day because for all I know they only serve Milk Teas. Ersao in SM Fairview is not that huge place but can accommodate around 10-15pax.

I did not expect anything but Ersao will be my "to go" buddy now. I only pass by Ersao or if I'm going there I'll just buy their Tapioca Balls. (BTW, it's only 80 pesos) But I never tried any of their menus before. What I like are*Spicy Chicken, They achieve the perfect spicy from black pepper and chili powder. Topped with fried basil leaves.*Bola Bola Troops, I'm a tusok tusok lover but it is perfect with their sweet chili sauce.*Soy Bath Dumplings, the soy made the Dumplings very flavorful and then dipped it with sweet chili sauce.*Signature Beef Noodles, the spicy beef chunks are very tender perfect with their hand-pulled noodles. And the beef bones soup very flavorful.*Seafood milk Noodles, I feel like eating sopas Taiwanese version. Very milky and the seafood in it is a perfect combination. Prawns, Crabs, squid and fish balls.*Yakult Green Tea, The Yakult made the green tea mildly sour.*Lemon Splash Green Tea, Very refreshing drink. Sour taste because of the lemon.*Ripe Mango Float, the mango made the drink a little bit sour but it is perfect with the vanilla ice cream. A good combination.*Berry Blast, it tastes like candy for me but another refreshing drink and it is no artificial sugar added. What I less like are Hong Ma, it tastes like adobo nothing special for me but the meat is very tender. Radish cake, I just didn't like the texture and the smell. and Sesame Grains Ice, it tastes like palitaw and not really a fan of sesame. They used a black sesame that's why it looks like cookies and cream. Chao Fan is a bit oily. Defenitely be back for their dumplings!

Ersao is known for serving delsih Taiwanese quick bites and noodles. Being a Dimsum lover, it is a shame I only have tried them just now. And yes, I guess I can say I missed half of my life if I haven't eaten here. With a small nook in SM Fairview's lower ground level, I was delighted to taste what we were offered: Spicy Chicken - Ersao's best selling Taiwanese snack. Crispy on the outside but tender in the inside. Topped with basil leaves to add herbal taste. You can opt to season it with chili powder and black pepper to achieve the spiciness.Bola Bola Troops - Combination of fried meatballs, fishballs and squid ballsSoy Bathe Dumplings - Steamed dumplings soaked on a rich soy sauce. An authentic flavor you'll definitely miss. As someone who loves Dimsum, I was not disappointed in this and was thrilled.Chili squid and peanuts - Small bits of squid pan fried with peanuts to achieve the taste and smell you can't resistHong Ma - Traditional style stewed pork liempo best matched with adobo egg. One of my favorites as the pork liempo is savory and tender.Signature Beef Noodles - Aromatic spicy beef chunks and carrots served with Ersao's hand pulled noodles with simmered beef bones as soup base for thick gradient tasteSeafood Milk Noodles - Seafood mix with combination of prawns, meatballs, crab, squid and fishball. Sprinkled with sesame oil for aromatic flavor. Another favorite as the noodles aren't bland and the seafood was complemented very well with the creamy flavor by the milk they put inPork Chao Fan - Popular chinese rice dish mixture of rice, pork and egg. Enhanced with Taiwanese spices. I say I can eat this without any viands as I already consider this as a complete meal.Radish Cake - Made with mixture of young radish and rice for tender texture and fragrant smellFor the drinks, we were lucky to try the belowmentioned charttoppers:Ripe Mango Float - Fresh fruit mango topped with whip cream and vanilla ice creamYakult Green Tea - Green tea base drink with yakult. Mild sweet and sour taste. One of my favorites as I have never imagined mixing Yakult and Green Tea would taste this good!Lemon Splash Green Tea - Green tea base drink with extract from fresh lemon fruit. Sour taste yet refreshing. Great source of Vitamin C and helps lower cholesterolSesami Grains Ice Mud - A milky sesame grain smoothie infused with vanilla ice cream. I say the taste is like cold "Palitaw" turned into drink, another favorite added to my list.Berry Blast - Promegranate and Honey. No artificial sugar added.Jasmine Milk Tea - Tea scented with aroma from jasmine blossoms (sweet and highly fragrant) Choice of hot or cold drink. Also, we were lucky to be introduced with their The Perfect Christmas Gift. When you buy P600 worth of their Frozen Delights and/or Microwavables, you can avail of the Thermal Bag and garlic sauce by just adding P200. That’s a whopping P150 of savings! Will definitely go back to their store to buy these goodies for the holiday season to give to my friends and love ones as presents.

I love eating here when I crave for noodles. Their Signature Beef Noodle is one thing that you need to taste! I've always been a fan of Ersao ever since I was a kid. If I recall, their first store was at Banawe and my family was pretty close with the owner at that time, so we usually get dumplings from them and I've loved them ever since. However, not all Ersao taste the same from my experience, but this store's Signature Beef Noodle is very good.

When my auntie treated me for lunch here I didn’t expect that their dumplings would be that good!!! I will always come back here just for their dumplings and gyoza here! Super cheap yet super yummy! Tried some of their dishes as well and they are good too.

Their noodles are soo good! I'm thinking of treating my siblings here soon. You get what you've paid for and I love how balanced the soup and noodles were. I'm giving 4 stars for now because I haven't tried their milkteas yet.
