Ersao is my childhood. I remember the days I used to go to Ersao near my school and order one of their drinks. Now they have a branch in SM Fairview and I came their to see if they can give me that nostalgia. The first that was served was their Signature Beef Noodles which was spicy beef chunks and carrots with hand-pulled noodles with simmered beef bones as soup base. This will be the favorite of many and it for good reason because it is very tasty. The Hong Ma came next which was stewed pork liempo with adobo egg - the pork was tender and I liked it. Next was the Seafood Milk Noodles (prawns, meatballs, crab, squid and fishball sprinkled with sesame oil). The milky taste was a refreshing take on noodles and this is my favorite out of their noodles. The classic Pork Chao Fan came and it certainly still tastes great. The Radish Cake came next which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - still good. Bola Bola Troops came marching into our table and it was a combination of fried meatballs, fish balls and squid balls which is certainly better than the ones on the sidewalk. Chili Squid and Peanuts caught up with us which was small bits of squid pan fried with peanuts - it is great. The Spicy Chicken Steak then came and this is one of their classics. Crispy and tender chicken that keeps you eating more especially when dipped in their sweet chili garlic sauce.Soy Bathe Dumplings soaked in rich soy sauce will certainly make you miss its taste.Drinks came next and their Yakult Green Tea was sweet and sour at the same time. Lemon Splash Green Tea was sour but not too much. Ripe Mango Float looked very appealing with whip cream and vanilla ice cream on top and it tasted like an ice cream cake.Their new drink the Sesame Grains Ice Mud had a little texture to it which is certainly fresh and delicious.By far I had to order a Pearl Milk Tea as this drink hits home for me. It reminds me of the time I was still in high school with my old friends. Certainly a memory I wish to relive. The service is great, the food is worth looking forward to and the drinks can certainly keep you coming back. Ersao is still great and their expanded menu keeps things fresh for newcomers

I've always known Ersao for their shakes (green mango shake FTW), so when I get to try some of their dishes, it really made my trip to fairview a memorable one. Of course, you can't go to Ersao and not try their drinks. While I recommend my favorite green mango shake, the Ripe Mango Float, Yakult Green Tea and Sesame Grains Ice Mud is a must-try.When it comes to their food, their Hong Ma is my favorite. Traditional style stewed pork liempo with rice, who wouldn't want that? The meat and fat is so soft and tender. They also have noodle soup there and while the Signature Beef Noodles will be the safest bet, I suggest you try also their Seafood Milk Noodles. Creamy broth with seafoods like shrimp and the addition of ginger removes the "lansa" that you typically have in dishes like this. The result is a very good noodle soup, which in my opinion is better than their beef noodles which is also good. For dumplings, try their Soy Bathe Dumplings. Straight up steamed dumplings soaked in rich soy sauce. Your classic dumplings, only better.China Cortha Lamasan Takaw Tikim Ish Meets World

I've known Ersao for Milk Tea but I never thought that they also serve Noodles and Rice Meals. It's gonna be my first time to try their dishes. Honestly, I'm not expecting too much that day because for all I know they only serve Milk Teas. Ersao in SM Fairview is not that huge place but can accommodate around 10-15pax.
