Honestly, I heard a lot of bad reviews about Ersao. However, I still wanted to give it a shot. Since I am craving for seafood, I gave it a shot.I can say that it is not really tolerable, however, I appreciate the fact that they gave it an effort to put a shrimp to justify it being called a Seafood noodles. The pasta/noodles itself is just fine. The taste of the broth is like my Cup Noodles.

Ersao has always been there since I was a kid. The spicy squid triggers nostalgia whenever I get to eat it. It used to be the first in milk tea and fruit shake destination but has been taken over by newer stores.Nowadays, I go back for the wanton noodles. The beef is flavorful, the wanton has a thick skin (wishing it was thinner) and the kuchai meat is a surprise. The rice noodles are chewy and it's a big serving at 150. Despite the cheap looking interior and utensils, and the mediocre service, if you close your eyes and imagine it was served in a stone bowl and had you a pair of better chop sticks, it's a good bowl of wanton noodles.

My friends and i liked their seafood pancake and pork cutlet rice, but their dine-in service was bad. No crew around to clean the tables, and my friend even got the wrong order of noodles. Would still go back for their drinks though.

2nd time to eat at this place... why? Simply bec our 1st visit was so satisying. I had wanton noodles then. Today's lunch was the not spicy chicken rice, buko lychee shake w/ yogurt. Those spices really perked up my appetite. Will definitely keep coming back & try their dishes.Happy tummy!Addl photos from the next visit.
