This is my very first review so sorry if i did something wrong😅😂Uuh so me and my parents went out for dinner and we initially planned on going to UPTC but since it was the rush hour and we didn't want to get stuck in traffic we went to the strip joint right next to Ever instead.PIZZA | PASTA | STEAK *drools No person can resist these 3 words together I mean they're like the sun the moon and the earth (idk why i said that HAHA)Anyway since we saw those 3 words together we immediately went there and i must say the food was absolutely deliciousThe place was really small but the ambiance was the perfect place for eating steak. Down to the hanging yellow lights to the wooden wall it feels as if you were eating in a small modern steak house right next to different drinking bars. The service was okay. It wasn't too bad. But once we were shown to our seats, there was this little cockroach chilling on my seat lol.Once the cockroach was removed we ordered 3 dishes. The first one was the scampi pasta, the second was the 12 inch pizza ( half 4 cheese and half engine special pizza) and a 12oz engine steak. Overall i really liked the pasta very much, the noodles were almost perfecty cooked. The shrimps, the onions, and the bell peppers were crunchy and fresh. And the flavor was addicting. HOWEVER! the portion of the pasta was really small good for only one person ( take note I'm a growing boy sooo...)The pizza was nothing special it tastes exactly the same as shakeys... but with more cheese And lastly the steak. The steak was done medium as i requested it to be (although the sides were done medium well). The fat was juicy and the string beans next to it were fresh and crunchy. The only problem for me is that the steak was over seasoned, like i had to put worcestershire sauce to even out its saltiness. And since it being salty, there was no need to put more gravy. Overall great experience i would recommend going there not only because of the food but also its cheep and affordable price. Very worth it👌Oh and there's no service charge

Been here a lot. Their food is delicious but the service could be better. It gets very crowded here though especially on weekends and at night. The food is affordable and they serve a wide range of American food.

This has probably been addressed already but your service is lacking. You have a good atmosphere and a good interior design.Unfortunately the crew may be noisier than the customers, they will ignore your empty glass of 'bottomless' iced tea, they will not give you a glass of water unless you ask them to and they will also ignore the poor chef inside the cooking area continuously ringing the bell to tell the chatting waiters that the customer's food is ready. It feels like they are being too thrifty. The tables for two are annoying because the legs' designs are consuming foot space and it therefore makes it slightly cramped which lowers the overall comfort that this place might be aiming to provide. The food is great for the low, low prices. Your burgers are great. I've eaten all of them in the span of my several visits. Checking out and paying the bill is very quick unlike some restaurants. I'd give this a 4-5 star only if it wasn't for the service problems and the tables for two which consume foot space.P.S. Come on, you can do it. You've got a great place. I'll change this to a 4 or even a 5 if I see changes during my next visit.

Before going here, I’ve read a review that says that they are lacking in terms of service. Indeed, they are, or based on my experience too, to say the least. The pizzas tastes good enough for their price: it was light, tasty and not super heavy when eating it. In terms of the service, well, you still have to ask them to hand you over tissue papers and refill your empty glasses with drinks (bottomless iced tea), which I think, should be something that’s automatic who has an occupation like theirs. They also did not greet me the moment I entered with my dad to eat there, hence, I did not fee any welcoming vibe from them. In terms of the ambience, the place is great. Good lighting that’s bright enough for you to read and see what you are eating. The decorations they used are pleasing to the eyes.

The place is inviting, and the food are very good. We love to order their grilled lamb, as it has big portions. Their potato soup is also nice, as it is cheesy. Prices are reasonable. Servers are courteous and attentive.

Ever since the quality of food at Everything at Steak went down, my go to place for good cheap steak is here. I always order their steak value meal and it never fails to satisfy. They also have thick cut steaks and you can choose them from their freezer.

Was supposed to eat somewhere in Maginhawa but it was a Sunday night and of course everyone else decided to eat dinner there too :( Ergo we had to look for another place to eat at. We live up north (Fairview) so we passed by Ever gotesco. We found a strip of food joints on the side so we decided to try since only a few cars were therePizza. Pasta. SteakI think everyone would be drawn just by seeing those three words. So my family decided to eat hereVerdictWe ordered their curly fries (comes w ketchup)Creamy chicken pesto (comes w garlic bread)Cheesy cordon blue (comes w garlic mayo)Tbone steak (with gravy and rice)I automatically asked for extra gravy since I loooove gravy. But they charge 20php for the gravy :( sucks cos it's a steak place. Usually it's supposed to be free. AnywayCurly fries: typical. Similar to mcdo's twister friesCreamy chicken pesto pasta: it was yummy. Serving was good for 1. But it would surely make 1 person full. Not a fan of pesto but it actually hit the spotCordon blue was my favorite. Again good for one. The sauce that came with it was really goodThe tbone steak: it was a let down since it was one of their best sellers. It was hard to cut and the gravy that came w it didn't really taste good. The steak itself was good though cos it was tasty All in all it was still a good deal. I'd go back :)

In all fairness i never thought they serve nice steaks and very decent servings in a not so expensive meal. Love the donees of my steak. The only downside of this place is that it's at the corner, it could've been nice if their location where a lot more visible. But hey it's another hidden steak house somewhere in batasan.

Engine 46 is a steakhouse that doesn't draw attention to itself. Maybe it's the way they've shaped the menu, or the locations they've chosen for this branch and one other in Loyola Heights. The food comes across as unassuming, if you pick from the inexpensive steaks, go for the pizza, or stick to typical fast food wings and fries everyone has these days.I've sampled a tomato soup (a steal at P60) and a tomato seafood pasta (sorry, not sure if it was Tutto Mare or Scampi), and they're not bad. Then I had a P200 US blade steak, cut thinly, like a minute or breakfast steak - for the price, a decent cut, good quality US meat, good seasoning.Same size cuts applied to my friend's local T-Bone steak, maybe half a centimeter thick, or a wee bit less, and my other friend's Delmonico steak. No complaints; you just feel that, per se, without extra sidings, the rice, buttered green beans, and gravy that come with the steak at no extra charge sort of lack the substance you'd expect. What you must order is their Certified US Angus Rib-eye steak, which, curiously, is not well advertised. They sell this by weight, Tender Bob's or Meat Plus or Meat Depot style, and they cook it for you for P150. Expect to get pieces costing P350-400 upwards; let your appetite guide you, and you can share. They let you pick. You see, folks, I'm just wondering why the world doesn't know they've got a really good cook who grilled my hefty, almost 12oz steak (P617, about 330g, plus the cooking fee), the way the boys would like it - seared at the right temperature, letting no juices escape. It was done medium, as I requested, which brought out the flavor of the meat (and which is why I hate rare steak). It was tender, with the right amount of caramelization, and a maddeningly thin, crispy trimming of fat on the side.Best of all, it was salted and peppered properly before cooking, and served on the plate with perfect crisscross grill marks. No need for gravy. No need for anything.I almost didn't want to write this review, it was so good. I almost wanted to keep it a secret. So why only a 4.0? When you visit, you'll know. It's not an upscale location. In the evening, it's next to an uncomfortable string of loud bars that isn't my thing - or some people's thing. If we were to talk strictly about the food, I'd say it's because they have such good steak, but it doesn't drive them (yet) to upsell their side dishes, or spruce them up to make them really special. So they have a cooking fee of P150, why not offer two or three lovely sides at a combo price of their own choosing? Instead, I see them push the usual rack o' ribs and mash, which I assume is doing well. But that is pork - not Certified US Angus beef.As for the local steaks, maybe adding eggs, or giving the steaks an all-day breakfast appeal would help - at mas makakabusog siguro siya.I hope you have the same experience I do, if you go. And I pray they keep their prices as is. Fingers crossed.Legit, my friends. Legit. The Food Crawlers | TFC
