They offer authentic Ilocano dishes aside from empanada which is their specialty. They have Crispy Bagbagis that is soo heavenly delicious, they tastes like chicharon bulaklak with a blend of salt and sour taste plus the crispy texture of the skin that makes it hard to resist. If you miss empanada the Ilocandia way this a perfect solve to your cravings!

Been curious about this since a friend mentioned this for the Nth time. So finally yesterday we were able to taste their famous empanada. For a combo meal of 93 bucks (empanada with large iced tea) you can say that you really had a full meal because the empanada is so large. We also tried their Empanachos which was also in a hefty side (we could have ordered this instead if we just knew it's that many) for only P145. The taste is good but not really outstanding and it's very very greasy.

Never taste Empanada as good as Ilocos Empanada.  I like the double special quite heavy on my tummy because size is big. The Empanachos is great though its too oily  (need more tissue) but taste awesomely delicious

I love Ilocos dishes and one of this is their famous empanada. This place here offers authentic empanada that is served in big sizes. You will definitely have a full stomach after eating this which kind of equivalent to a full meal (kidding). But seriously, it is really filling and delicious.

Here at Empanada Nation they serve a really big size of empanada which is quite a tummy filler. I have also tried the King's meal which consists of bagnet, longanisa, itlog na maalat, garlic rice and kbl. If you're not familiar with KBL it's kamatis, bagoong and lagona. They also have other good items on their menu which I have yet to try. Come here on cool months because the place is small and have no a/c.

I first ate this resto's empanada years ago, and I can never forget how delicious it was! Really tasty and the serving was big for a merienda. You can even consider it for your lunch or dinner. When I came back, I ordered for bagnet and it was also mouthwatering! Its crunchiness, tenderness and salty taste are close to perfection at a very affordable price. I'm too lucky, it's just a few walks away from work!

If you're craving Ilocos-style empanadas, Empanada Nation is your best bet! You get to enjoy a very satisfying pastry (filled with Ilocos longganisa and egg) for only P75! It's great for merienda or a light lunch!

I go to this place whenever I have a craving for the flavors of my region. The hubby and I have been fans of this since they started as a stall at Sct. Tuazon. Owner Bryan had the foresight to bring in Ilocano food to the metro (not just Ilocos Empanadas) before it became a fad. Their version is the same as the one you'll get in the streets of Laoag, and perfect with a bottle of ice-cold Coke. Their version is also juicier and more flavorful than another popular Ilocano Empanada chain. They expanded to other dishes when they opened their restaurant and they get the flavors of the dishes right. A particular favorite is the crispy dinuguan - just the right texture of crispy innards and dry blood sauce. I kind of miss the homey atmosphere of the old branch but I'm glad they've expanded and moved to better places.

I used to go here everytime I crave for Ilocano cuisine. Came back for lunch yesterday and the only thing that improved is their service. The staff seemed to be attentive now. Bagnet meal that's served looks like something that's hard to chew. It doesn't even look bagnet to me. Ilocano Miki noodles looks like something that's drowned in pancit malabon sauce and orange food coloring used for the empanada wrapper, not to mention the OLD and plastic-like chicharon they used to top the dish. The only thing that saves this place is their Crispy Bagis, but it should have been served in a platter rather than in a small bowl. Seems like they're cutting on the cost of the food. Disappointing.

If you're craving for that authentic longganisa, by far, one of the places to be. It's worth your money and they don't hold off with that adobo rice. The side of the tomatoes and bagoong is one of a kind and really adds something special to the whole experience.
