Elias is a Filipino restaurant with a touch of Spanish cuisine. The team behind this restaurant are the same team who introduce Crisostomo, Sisa’s Secret, Corazon and many more.We went to Robinson’s Magnolia for an afternoon snack and order Bolas De Fuego paired with Bam-I Guisado.🐷Bolas de Fuego for Php255.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5“Deep Fried Crispy Fish and Squid Balls with Sweet Chili and Fish Ball Sauce.”🐷Bam-i Guisado for Php395.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5“Combination of Pancit Canton and Bihon, with Chicharon Bulaklak amd Lechon Kawali.”The combination of fish and squid balls and pancit were good. It’s heavy though and taste so good. They also provided excellent service.#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️

We went here for simple family dinner. The staff doesn’t look so pleasing and welcoming and would automatically offer you to be seated outside the restaurant (though there are still a lot of room inside). The food tasted average, the price does not match its taste; also, it’s obvious that they did not select the best ingredients in preparing the food (e.g. the chicken in Filipino Paella seem to have nothing but “left-overs” from I don’t know what meal). The staff are rather passive and unwelcoming, and does not give you much attention as you order (e.g. we asked the waiter to remove or segregate the pork in Filipino Paella since we don’t eat pork, he said it’s possible, but when we received our orders the chorizo and the pork strips are still included in the dish). The menus are also confusing and quite expensive, a platter costs about 2k but is good for 2-3 persons only, not worth its average taste. We will not go back here, I’m not recommending this restaurant.

Going back to my Filipino roots this dinnertime with food from Elias! ❤️ Love their Plating and the overall ambiance of the place— it’s fancy and refined.•••🍡 Started out with Bolas de Fuego— a fancier take on street food of deep fried squid balls and fish balls. It came with 3 kinds of sauce to choose from: sweet chili, sweet fish ball sauce and spiced vinegar. 🌶 Personally loved the sweet chili and fish ball combination if you’d ask me, because sweet, spicy and sour sauces will always be my top pick.🦐 Next Up was Sinigang ni Kapitan— Shrimp Sinigang, basically, which is a sour soup with vegetables and shrimp. Skipped out on this cause I’m not a fan, but my family liked it so it’s a good choice to have too.🍃 Nothing reminds us more of home than the Kangkong con Selo of Elias. It’s kangkong leaves cooked in garlic and soy sauce to give a sour, salty taste. Our vegetable choice for this dinner, this was a bestseller that we finished up right away!🐚 Potacio’s Pride, or New Zealand Mussels baked with garlic and cheese was another crowd favorite for everyone because yes, we all love cheese. 🧀 it runs in the family! 😂 this one was gone so quick, I didn’t have time to take a proper picture of it!

The place is good..The staff is good.. The food is good, nothing special.. very pricey. Servings are not that enough to justify the price. Not great for big groups cos it will only pile up your bill 😅It is fine if youre craving for Filipino dishes but don’t expect too much. Maybe, will try this some other time to give another shot.

I’m not very familiar with Filipino Cuisine, but it’s enough for me to say that Elias is good. But not exceptional. The only downside is the price.I enjoyed their different dishes - from their Paella Negra, Sizzling Bulalo and many more. Apart from the Food, Elias has an amazing interior design. The restaurant draws inspiration from the Spanish Colonization. Service is pretty good too. Robinsons Magnolia doesn’t really have a wide selection of good restaurants, but Elias is one of my choices if I visit the mall.

Elias is one my go to places for comfort food. They serve Filipino dishes renamed after characters or events in Rizal's Noli and Fili. My favorite dishes are lengua laruja, or braised of tongue with mushroom gravy, and "Ka Plaridel", which is deep-fried plapla slices down the back and covered with diced tomatoes, onions and cucumber, and served with their version of toyomansi. This time though, I tried their "Paella Negra" topped with adobong pusit and pork. It's a flavorful variation of the seafood paella, but blackened with squid ink. It's just perfect for when you get overwhelmed with the numerous options on their menu. This in itself is already a full meal. Of course, I never visit Elias with having "Bolas de Fuego" or fish balls, as starter. I'm as happy as a clam 😉

Went here w/ a friend of mine for a simple brunch since she wants to eat Filipino food as she was abroad for quite some years and she really misses it.Place - Elias is a cozy Filipino restaurant in Robinson's Magnolia. Ambiance is great w/ nice interiors and seating.Service - staffs were very cheerful and polite. He was quite a talker, explained the foods to us. I personally like staff like him.Food - we ordered Bella Bandida (Bistek na Bangus) and damn it was so good. The fish was cooked well and it really won me, despite me beibg a meat lover.
