Guys don't get confused. May gumagaya po sa ELARS. the original ELARS is with "S". The other who's trying to emitate them is ELARZ with "Z" subtitled as PAMBANSANG LECHON. And it is not good. Walang lutong at parang tuyong tuyo ang lechon. I attached photos you can contact if you're looking for the original one. Calling the attention of website, the number and details of the location is accurate after i checked. But the link of the website you put is NOT. Clicking the link will direct you to the OTHER ElarZ (with Z).PS: after IT (ELARZ with Z) was recooked as LECHON PAKSIW, alaws pa din.

My family's go-to lechon restaurant. The crispy skin and the tender meat is very flavourful especially when paired with their liver sauce. The lechon might be the stat dish of Elar's but most don't know they also have great entrées like callos, legua, and fish with a butter lemon almond sauce.

I am really glad that the restaurant staff were quite attentive in parking as it was full. I could imagine as it was around lunch time. I just waited for awhile but I already asked my mother to go ahead and get a table for 3. It was all worth it. The lechon was really masarap. Mama who loves Cebu lechon was very impressed on how tasty our lechon was. It was a winner indeed.

We got lechon paksiw and beef salpicao. Both tasted amazing and the serving was large. The lechon was tender and the sauce didn't overpower the natural lechon taste. The beef from salpicao was juicy as well. It tasted like home and i loved it.

The place has been renovated but parking is still an issue. Everything else is ❤️. Value for money 👍 Orders were 1/4 lechon, 2 servings of rice & 1 flan w/ a bottle of water, all for just P370+ and there’s even free soup.

Banawe is one of our favorites to go to whenever we crave for good food. My officemates and I had lunch here and as expected, there were a lot of customers at lunch time. By the way, they are open only during lunch time. Anyway, we ordered half kilo of lechon, kare-kare, binagoongan, beef steak and lechon paksiw. I super loooove elars lechon plus the crispy balat and as a result, I consumed two and a half rice. Haha we actually have plans in going back again soon.

The best lechon in the Philippines as my mom always points out before I got to try this and she was right. The fact that one time we wanted to order a takeout lechon but it was already sold out that day means its that delicious. When you get to taste lechon here, this will be your standard.livingandwhatnot.blogspot.com

one of the best lechon you will get this side of the city. clean crunchy and delicious and they also offer lunch menu during weekdays but can get a little crowded. Price is very reasonable and staff are always helpful and friendly

One serving of rice is never enough for their lechon paksiw with its big tender chunks of meat and flavorful sauce. It's one of the tastiest lechon paksiw I've ever tried. Their sisig is also good! It reminds me of our school canteen's sisig: finely chopped meat (not the typical tenga, pisngi, etc.) and its spiciness is not overpowering. The place is somewhat small so tables for dine in customers is a bit problem. Price is affordable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

number 1. i don't care what others say elar's with the S is the number 1 lechon in metro manila. they do have limited supply so make sure to order in advance for your events and such. my family has eaten elar's lechon for 3 generations and counting. no contest. number 1.
