We are roaming around the centris walk when suddenly pass to this store. Before i thought that echo store was just a organic store but not anymore they serve coffee and pasta. So me and my website boyfriend went to have coffee and dessert. I tried cafe espagnole which is like a cafe mocha only that the chocolate use is tablea (cost 85 pesos) and my boyfriend ordered chocnut shake with ice cream base ( cost 135). We also try the toblerone sans rival cake which cost 175 pesos. The choc nut shake is really great (I envy my boyfriend because he had it as a drink) because the choc nut flavor was there and no overpowering taste from the ice cream. I also love the toblerone sans rival. I also thought to buy some carmen's best ice cream and good news they have a small package of the ice cream which cost 120 and large pint cost 350 to 450. Overall we will go back again to try their pasta and other meals.

Only customer on Wednesday lunchtime. Place is spotless but smelled of zonrox. Ordered the chicken pork adobo sa puti breakfast upon the recommendation of the waitress. Also ordered the ginger boost fruit juice.Verdict: They served the juice first and my, oh my, what an awful taste! The ginger was overpowering, turning the juice to an undrinkable mess. Then the adobo came. Surprised it was flaked, but instead of being crunchy, it was like mulch. It looked unappetizing. The taste was even worse. When I mixed the pickled mangoes in every bite, it was okay. I am never ordering these items again. Lesson learned. Ordered Carmen's Best Salted Caramel ice cream. It was heavenly!!!

I thought this store only sells organic goods but I was surprised to see that they also have a resto. Nice! So I ordered their bestseller, Pasta a la Trio, as recommended by their nice waiter. Aftet 10mins, my order arrived and the serving size was good enough for my hunger. Served with 2 slices of garlic bread, I first had that and I loved its crunchiness and the garlic taste of the spread. I liked it too much that I ordered extra for Php35 (i think). The pasta was a delight, but I guess I was looking for something more stronger like their longganisa pasta. I think I will try that next time. But this pasta that I ordered, it was also good. Their staff are very nice and I left with a smile in my heart. Because smiling alone would make me look crazy so there is that. Haha! And I have to try their other goods also. They look promising because they are organic and we also get to help our local farmers. =)

Had dinner with family. We ordered vigan longganisa pasta, pesto pasta, home made tapa and tocino. Vigan longganisa pasta was tasty. Tiny bits of longganisa mixed in the white sauce on the pasta. Would have preferred big bits or maybe slices of longganisa though. Kids' tapa and tocino was good but the portion was very small. Have to know how to budget the tapa and tocino. The garlic brown rice was a big dissappointed. It has a lots, i mean really lots of burnt rice (tutong). I hope they improve on their garlic rice. Iced tea was good though.

This is my go-to place when I want some peace and quiet at lunchtime. I usually eat here alone, away from the crowds. Pasta ala trio is a must-order every single time. It's savory-sweet-spicy and all the flavors blend well. It's a bit greasy but it's made with olive oil (daw). Sarap ng crusty bread dipped in that oil. I also highly recommend the chicken longganisa sandwich and citrus shake. The sandwich is served with my favorite camote chips! The chicken longganisa was so good that I bought a pack from their frozen goods section, for cooking at home. The shake is fruity and minty -- perfect cool down drink to escape from the mercilessly hot weather. The cafe has an organic grocery and deli section where they sell frozen meat products as mentioned, fresh greens like lettuce, vegetable chips, bottled sardines and tuyo, Carmen's Best ice cream, Theo and Philo artisan chocolates, coffee beans, organic bath and body products and cleaning products.
