Must try restaurant at UP town center! I ordered their baby back ribs and I didn't expect them to serve a full slab. I mean you get a full slab for less than 300php?!? That's totally a steal! Also, it was delicious. The meat was tender. The hickory bbq sauce was not overwhelming as well. And oh, I also love the crispy lechon skin on top.

Mango torte, shmango torte... Joke lang, I love their mango torte... But their savory dishes are so unexpectedly good that I couldn't get over those! My mouth is watering from the memory alone! #wuwAPPETIZERS: what a way to start the meal! It was a great first impression!👍🏻🔅Red Rice Shiso Duo-- really unique dish, I've never tried anything quite like it. Japanese rice with Korean spices served with seared tuna and topped with cured quail egg. You wrap this is in the minty shiso leaf and voila! The result is a feast in your mouth!😊 it's a bit spicy, so fair warning!🔅Beer Battered Miso-glazed Cauliflower-- I love this dish! A little concerned over the beer component, so I wouldn't recommend it to kids. But if you are having a hard time forcing teens and kids at heart to eat their veggies, this is the dish for you! Right balance of sweet and savory! Such a memorable dish!🙌🏻🔅Smoked Beef Belly with Fries-- pretty good thick fries topped with BBQ sauce and beef belly. Yummy! One tip though: eat it while it's hot!😄 the fries will get soggy drenched in BBQ sauce...PASTA: wow! They do pastas too!😊🔅Fresh Mushroom Pasta-- I liked this one better because I like truffle and mushrooms!😍 love the earthiness of this classic combination🔅Seafood Aglio Olio-- Usual olio pasta but piled high with lots of seafood! Sulit! 👍🏻 ENTREES: 🔅Braised Veal Shank-- falls off the bone!!! Literally! For those who haven't tried veal before, this is a great way to be introduced to this protein. It is served with truffled mashed potatoes, which is heaven by the way! And of course a creamy porcini sauce complimented everything perfectly... a very classy dish!🔅Pork Inasal with Lechon skin-- this was an absolute conversation starter! the dish was presented well, looking positively yummy with a bit of height from the crunchy lechon skin. Loved the taste and the contrast of textures! delish!😘🔅Peruvian Chicken-- another memorable dish! This was served with fried chicken skin, so good to munch on! 👍🏻 in the advent of the Latin American chicken craze, this is a good option! I'm glad to have tried it! You should too!😊🔅US Angus Hanger Steak-- I usually like my steak medium well, so this was a bit underdone for me. But I can appreciate a good juicy steak anyday...😍🔅Thick Cut Pork Chops-- another standout dish! The chops were cooked well, marinated in miso & mirin for that extra something!😊 delicious!🙌🏻🔅Baked Salmon with Parmesan Pesto sauce-- oh wow! I liked this healthier option... There is something for everyone here!😄 I love the sauce and the cook on the salmon was perfect!I absolutely love their mango torte, strawberry shortcake, and the Irish flan cake. They are famous for their sweet offerings but the savory dishes rock too!😄The restaurant may look simple but as with everything, it's what is inside that counts!🙌🏻 #boomHead on over!👍

I decided to have dessert at this place instead of my usual favorite coffee shop. Their mango torte did not live up to its hype. And the chocolate decadent cake was dry and lacks in decadence. I will only go back if all other dessert places are jampacked.

We ordered Fried spicy Mac n Cheese balls, Stuffed chicken breast (for me),Caramel Pecan Walnut pie and Callebaut chocolate ganache cake. The mac n cheese balls were yummy especially with the bbq-mayo sauce that comes with it and it is actually not so spicy. The chicken breast with miso corn rice had a large serving and I love the chicken with bacon and shiitake mushrooms. As for the desserts, the caramel pecan walnut pie was warm when it was served and it was not so sweet; there was a right blend of caramel and the nuts. The chocolate ganache cake was not that sweet as well and i think they used dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate but it would have been better if it had lots of almonds.Overall, the dining experience was great and very satisfying.

My family loves their mango torte! Eaten that temperature between frozen and cold, it can become addicring, til we realized we already ate half of the cake!Last night, we tried the key lime pie and the chocolate ganache. For me, the key lime pie had the right amount of sourness and sugar at first... but after a while, it became too sweet in the end... Maybe the sugar is too much to counter the sourness. Though it look a bit dry, it wasn't that dry, and consistency was good. The chocolate ganache was not too sweet, actually had a bit of taste of saltiness, which was good. I wouldn't mind eating it again, though I would still choose the mango torte anytime.
