After dinner, we went to Cupcakes by Gremlins for dessert. The bright pink cafe invited us in. We've got coffee, cupcake and fries at the counter before sitting down. My mum brought home cupcakes cos she wanted to try them before ordering in bulk. They're okay. The icing was a little sweet, but the cake itself was moist.

I love their cupcakes! One of the best I have tasted. It's affordable yet so delicious. I love their banana cupcake w/ Nutella frosting. It's not too sweet. The sweetness and freshness of the banana compliments the richness of Nutella. Keep it up, Gremlins! We will definitely go back. :-)

Cupcakes by Gremlins really makes sure that you could taste the flavor at every bite.My friend and I tried their cheesecake cupcakes and for 60 php each, they were worth it. You could definitely tell the generous amounts of cream cheese used (it even amounted to about 2/3 of my cupcake)--both were screaming with flavor, but the blueberry cheesecake tasted better. This is because the blueberries balanced the saltiness and creaminess of the cheese. While the naked cupcake could stand up on its own, it still is too flavorful that it could satiate you easily. The price of each cupcake was reasonable as well.

their blue berry cheese cake was delicious, we also tried the carrot cupcake... not a fan of cinnamon but still tasted good. The cupcakes are worth the price.

The cupcakes are really good and are not expensive. Definitely worth going back for! The place is small though and not as fancy as other cupcake shops so don't expect too much.

They used to have a branch where Caffera is now. Now, they are located inside Cocina Juan.Moist cupcakes and not too sweet frosting. Nice dessert if you're craving for something sweet. We tried their Chocolate Cupcake, Brownie and Starwberries Cupcake, and Green Tea Cupcake. All of which were good. I also liked their avocado milkshake!

Late review. I came in with my boss one sunny afternoon and I toured her around Maginhawa. Cupcakes by Gremlins did not disappoint at all(given that it was my first time and my boss wanted my recommendation). I had their Mocha Kahula cupcake and my boss had the Bailey's cheesecake. It was to die for!Their cupcake prices are very reasonable and affordable, they also have cakes in a jar and take-out boxes so you can bring six or a dozen with you for your friends or loved ones to share.

For me, this is the ultimate cupcake place, the mother of cupcakes and special cupcakes. My favorites are: Red Velvet, Banana Nutella, Naked Cheesecake, Strawberry Cheesecake, and the Strawberry Yoghurt (cupcakes in a jar).
