I was here months ago and I just created website acc yesterday so I think I will give a review. :)The place inside is amazing although the resto has small space but don't worry coz they have colorful tables and chairs outside! They have this fancy dirty ice cream stand which symbolizes a true Filipino resto because every Filipino loves dirty ice cream. :)About the food, we ordered a lot. Baked tahong, Tinapa fried rice, and a lot more and they were oozing with delicious tastes! You will never regret eating here and will definitely come back. :)And a little story to share, after we got outside the resto, we saw Candy Pangilinan (TV Actress) and her family were also eating there but on the outside tables of the resto. :)

Interesting theme! I love the Noli-Fili theme; very consistent throughout the decor and the menu names. We had the set meal for 4 (Set C), plus papaitan and sizzling corn and cheese (Beaterio). I liked the sinigang and the kangkong with lechon kawali chips best. The sisig was okay but it wasn't exactly sizzling when it got to the table. The corn and cheese was pretty good. :) So were the pusit and the bangus belly. I liked that the belly had green mango and bagoong on it. I didn't try the papaitan, though. My parents thought it was pretty good.

My family loves filipino cuisine so it's not surprising we loved Crisostomo. It's affordable and the food is great. It's just kind of a small place at their branch in Fairview.

If not only for the free chocolate and souvenir photo I would not be happy dining here. Their foods are really not that good, nothing special to think that they are a little bit expensive than the usual. Would not recommend it..thumbs down :(

When we ate here, I find that their food is just a typical Filipino restaurant. Nothing special to me. All the food we order that day taste like what you can think. If you order Kare-Kare it's just a typical Kare-Kare. No Crisostomo's signature taste. It just made me feel that I should have just go home and cook my own food instead. Which is cheaper.

Filipino food again!Crisostomo is good place to bring your non-Pinoy friends or family residing abroad in for a visit. They have fabulous line-up of pinoy favorites in their arsenal.I personally loved the laing and the crispy pata in this place. Feels like pinoy home cooked foods tbvh.Try the kare-kare, sisig and the tortang talong (family fave) too. But definitely I recommend the place because the laing is really to die for. 💕

I have high expectations when it comes to filipino food. We eat filipino cuisine a lot so it takes something special for me to say wow. Crisostomo did not disappoint. We had baked new zealand mussels, crispy squid salad, lengua and laing. Ang sarap! Laing was so tasty and the mussels were great, the cheese they used was yummy. To top it all i like the ambiance of this place. Very modern pinoy.

I frequently visit Fairview Terraces before and I always see this restaurant. I've always wanted to eat here mostly because the name of the restaurant is 'catchy' and so I thought the food might be delicious as well. And so when I and my family had a little family bonding time at the mall, I recommended we try Crisostomo. (I was actually very eager for us to eat here) My initial impression with the restaurant is I thought the foods are not delicious here because there was only us and another 1 costumer inside. I thought people don't eat here because it's not worth it. But I was wrong. We ordered their Laing, Sisig, Pancit Canton, I forgot the other foods but they are ALL WORTH IT. I especially like the Laing because it is creamy and it's not salty. I also liked how the food names are unique and antique. Over-all we are all satisfied. My sister who is also a food critic said she was super satisfied. We also like the waiters' tag names. There was Basilio, Damaso and all the characters found in Rizal's works.

They have a nice looking interior. It is clean and simple. Nothing too complicated to look at. Their Sinigang sa Pakwan is very good! I love how it is tangy, sweet and lingers in your palette. Their Adobo is too salty for my liking. The Tawilis is fantastic. I love how crisp it is. A couple of their staff lacked courtesy. I asked to have my leftovers to go. A waiter went to my table, pulled out plastic bags, then proceeded in transferring my food to a plastic bag. The adobo sauce is spilled everywhere. After he's done, I have drops of oil floating in my drinking glass. Two waiters noticed it and no one didn't even bother to apologize or do something about it. The food was great, but the service is disappointing.

We decided to had lunch at the newest Ayala mall, Fairview Terraces. We were mind blown at how many restaurants and cafes in it and then this place had our attention. First of all, the names of their staff are all based on Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo which was cool. (Lol kaya nga crisostomo?)Let's skip the shenanigans. The place was great. It feels like your in an old era but with air conditioning. The food was amazing and on point! It will make you fall in love with filipino cuisines more and dishes you never knew until now.It was a little bit pricey, had to pay 10,000 for 15 people. But hey, it was all worth it. Hope to come back soon and try their desserts more.
