This is my 1st time to use the Gold privilege. We were a group of 15 adults. Each 1 ordered their own main dish. Before ordering, I asked if i can apply my Gold privilege to which the manager replied yes but reprimanded me that i should have swiped the Gold privilege before entering the premises. The food was great. Everyone enjoyed their main meal, however their unlimited vegetable soup that was included in the main meal was watered down. An unlimited salad was also included in the main meal. She said the 1+1 promo only applies to the least amount of main meal we ordered. Anyway, the manager made me feel that website was not that welcome in their establishment. It was our first time in Cravings and the experience made me think if i really want to go back.

Before going, I read in one comment about flies. Guess what? I saw them today, a lot of them on the big plate of salad in the salad bar. It was so disgusting. I called the attention of the server. She brought the entire plate back to the kitchen. I wonder what was done to it. I did not go back to the salad station anymore. So sad that the restaurant I used to frequent in Shangrila branch has become like this 😒

Perfect for titos and titas -- lounge music, buffet salad and soup, comfy couches, polite attendants. The baked beef ribs was okay, but the chicken ala pobre was a bit too salty. Katharine Sta Maria and I would definitely come back to taste the other dishes, though.

Their food is far from how they tasted before (we used to dine in Cravings Shangri-la but eventually closed). I ordered the Sunday’s Best Roast Chicken which was very dry. My huband ordered the Cordon Bleu since it was his favorite but my, he had to request for additional gravy, garlic flakes and had to put more salt and pepper! Also, the salad bar didn’t even have tomatoes and carrots. Lacks a lot of ‘salad ingredients’ but the citrus dressing is still great. Their bread was a bit tough. My husband and I were very disappointed. Wish we could have spent the 900 pesos on a better restaurant. Hope Cravings brings back their glory days.

Had a quick meet up with my girlfriends before my wedding day here. We availed the 50% discount for main course from another food app. We booked for 6 but the 6th person did not make it. They still allowed us to avail the promo. We enjoyed the soup and the salad bar. I loved the citrus dressing. I had ribs, it was ok but not outstanding. Our complimentary dessert were slices of cakes. We had devil's cake, choco caramel and chocolate - all just too sweet.Food 3/5Ambience 5/5Service 5/5I loved the ambience - quiet place, comfy couch, friendly staff. We will definetely go back.

Friendly staff and very attentive. Quiet place for a decent meal. We had the set meal for Vday and it did not disappoint us. Fairly priced for the taste and serving size.Parking is easy, they have their own at the backwhich is guarded so now worries.Would try again on a regular day for their regular menu.

Poor customer service. Called them twice and asked for their updated menu since we are a group and needed to plan our orders, they still failed to send us their menu. Called them for 2 days already.

We went here last week and the food is not as good as before (like 10 yrs ago). Also when we order, the food is very different from the picture. The almond crusted fish fillet was a bit of a disappointment (because there isn't much almonds), though its serving was big. It tasted just like normal fish fillet.The ribs shown in the picture was very different from what was served because it was only basically just one slab... actually i didn't remember the rib.The salad bar also lacks some vegetables like carrots (and its health benefits was written in the blackboard). I hoped there were more vinagrette options (only citrus was available).Since I like soup, I just had 2 servings of the cream of cucumber... though the potato skins was okay, my boyfriend also saw a cockroach in the area of the croutons.We also had their special cake for father's day which was the Jack Daniel cake which was a bit bitter with dark chocolate.. but I guess that is subject to taste.

It was so bad.My family went here sometime back, my grandfather found a worm on the lettuce, and pieces of plastic in my uncle's milkshakes (they accidentally dropped a plastic cup in the blender).Disappointing af.
