We always go to this specific branch of Craft Revolution for a couple of reasons. The first and major reason would be, we want to look for a place besides our home where we can do a lot of work like blogging, vlogging and to me, that's where Craft Revolution succeeds. They have a very peaceful atmosphere, much peaceful than Starbucks in my opinion and most importantly, they have free internet which is a huge plus for us.For a place such as this, the ambiance is only half of the story. Going to their food selection, they have a decent amount of beverages that they serve but for non caffeine addicts like us, we didn't really care either way. There was one particular beverage that we did enjoy, and that is the Cafe Mocha. Basically, it's coffee and chocolate, and we sort of like chocolate so it's a win for us. We haven't tried any of their food yet though, but we will update this review once we did had the chance to try it out in the future.

Last time I was here was almost 4 months ago when this branch was newly opened.Visited this place EVERYDAY for 2 weeks straight to study. Yes, it is far from where we work and yes, it was raining a lot that week but we still came back everyday.Yes, we do buy food and coffee like all other customers. However, there was this one time when we were not given seats even if they were available. There were 4 of us and the table offered was for two. They offered a seat at the back with the condition that they will not turn the lights on for us. It was pitch black. During previous days, they offered other people the seats and turned all the lights on. It was improper to treat customers like that. Regular customers one at that. WE NEVER CAME BACK EVER SINCE.Coffee is okay. Parking slots available. 4x we were charged 20 pesos more than the original bill for wrong computation. Lucky for me, i always check the menu and the receipt.Too bad, it could have been a great place. I would not recommend this branch. I have yet to visit their other branches.

I’m happy that there is another coffee place option here in West Avenue with Craft Coffee Revolution, which is exactly right across the more popular mainstream coffee shop that is always full every single time. What’s good about this place is while small, you can still find a good seat. And the best is they are open 24 hours and provides free WIFI.  As for the coffee, I ordered a flat white. Their coffee is on a bit of acidic side but still good.

Great coffee, terrible ambiance. There are better branches. The hazelnut cappuccino was awesome--get that if you like hazelnut! My boyfriend enjoyed their Americano as well.

Craft Coffee Revolution have been spreading like wildfire in different parts of Manila. So I checked out their Project 7 branch, along West Ave. that is open for 24 hours and is offering free wifi.It is inside the West Ave Residence bldg that is part of its lobby cafe with a 3ft. glass divider. It is the only branch filled with law and nursing students.I had their hot chocolate. It was made with a local chocolate table and milk. It just tasted like your ordinary milk chocolate drink. The cafe across them has better hot chocolate than what they are offering. It lacks the richness and taste. The tablea wasn't even fully melted and has solids underneath. This branch doesn't have the 'Craft ambience', more like a lobby cafe/library.#TheFoodCrawlers #OngsFoodprints #TheLostDiego

Their iced mocha coffee is superb and the frozen brazo taste good as well but I hope they improve the friendliness of their staff and barista.

i love coffee , however there coffee gets cold easily or sometimes its served just warm not hot. it doesnt really last. and for a coffee place thats located in a posh area, and for the price they serve it they could have used or serve milk as creamer and not the sachet type powder creamer.

Worst Craft Coffee branch ever. Period.I have enjoyed several branches of this popular cafe, including the Katipunan, Podium, and Greenhills branches as well as the original at Broadway. I don't think I ever had a problem with any of these stores before. But I hated the West Ave branch with a vengeance. I was there on a weekday morning at about 8am. The soft opening stage has already passed, so I thought operations would be normal. No frazzled baristas nor lost waiters. It did not look like the typical Craft branch with wooden tables and chairs. They had black leather furniture and chairs that were a tad too low. It was supposed to be the lobby (literally) of the condominium, so I figured they were trying to blend into the surroundings. But it didn't have an intimate feel and you already know that it's going to be noisy. But it was early and I just wanted my coffee.I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and an iced caramel latte. Note that they don't have soy or nonfat options. I already had a hard time calling the waitress when I initially ordered, but I shruged it off. Then a huge group of tourists dropped by and occupied several tables. They were immediately assited and I was surprised when they started serving the coffee of that group before mine. I called the waitress again and asked why about half of the big group were already enjoying their coffee while mine was not yet in sight. She told me that they were going to serve the sandwich and the coffee together. I told her there would be no need to serve them together. But guess what? The sandwich came first before the damn coffee. Take note that I came in a good 15 mins before the big group. They served the dry and very sad looking grilled cheese sandwich (which my 3 year old niece could have made, sheesh) without tissues or utensils. I needed to ask for tissues, utensils, and water, all of which came separately and after many follow ups. I hate following up my order because it makes me feel like I'm talking to people who shouldn't have been hired in the first place. The coffee came last, served by a waiter whom I have seen at their Greenhills branch. I told him that I recognized him and that I was not only pissed at their service, I was effing insulted. What happened to first come, first served? He apologized, which was more than I can say for the inefficient waitress who was initially assigned to me. He stammered some lame excuse, which I immediately dismissed. I don't want to wait for a plain grilled sandwich and an overpriced teensy cup of coffee for 45 mins. Are they baking their own bread, come on?! I just got my order when some of those tourists were already finished with their coffee. Are you kidding me? And it's not like their coffee is life changing-- what is distinctive about it? It's the service that distinguishes an establishment these days. There are so many places offering the same mocha, latte, flat white and does so faster. Some at the same strip. I find that establishments which actually go as far as insult their customers, are definitely not worth it. I would rather give my money to the second wave, mainstream coffeehouse (with a social conscience btw) on the other side of the street than to start my morning with this kind of bullshit.

Got myself a cafe latte and it was served warm which became cold after a few minutes. I guess they need to change their coffee beans because my latte was bland and I had to add sugar. I also got their Grilled Cheese Sandwich which was a disappointment as the sandwich was too small and the cheese looked liked melted eden cheese. Taste was decent enough but you'd better be off getting a sandwich from the well-known coffee chain across the street for the same price. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the chips it came with.It is also located in the lobby of a condominium building and didn't have much of a cozy vibe. Although, WiFi was really fast and power outlets are available in all tables.
