We ordered the lasagna and the salisbury steak and tho it took a while to get our orders, it was ok because both were so delicious. Staff were polite as well. It was a 1+1 on website so we only paid 290 for 2 meals! We are satisfied customers and will be back here again.

It’s my second time to be here at Cold Layers Cafe and I must say that the food got better. A universe better.I did order what our website group had the first time and, I repeat, that there was much improvement on the Chicken Cordon Bleu, Creamy Chicken Pasto, Boneless Garlic Bangus and Fish and Chips (my favorite: Fish and Chips). And yes, there were also new menu items such as Koori Chicken Chops. It is actually café’s take on what is an Asian standard. Strips of chicken battered, fried and served with catsup and steaming rice. And the best part of it is that it’s only for P120 a pop.Cold Layers Café also its share of the Brown Sugar Craze with brown sugar pearls and they came out with three originals: Brown Sugar Milk with Salted Cream, Brown Sugar Milk with Grass Jelly & Pearls and the Original Brown Sugar Latte. We know for a fact that the restaurant is known, first and foremost, as a dessert haven. And they have a long list of bingsu fun preparations. But what stood out for me the Ube Leche Flan. It was a Halo-Halo deconstructed with halayang ube, cubed cheese and leche flan beside the purple snow bingsu. Another bingsu was Milk Tea Snow Ice sitting on a bed of egg pudding and black pearls. It was, I must say, creatively presented.

I have been wanting to try their food even way back and when I had the chance, of course I didn’t pass the time to taste their bingsu! Food are okay, they have big serving. Their store in Fishermall can accommodate a lot of customers. They have an extensive menu so you can definitely find a dish you might want to try. Staffs are approachable and polite.
