You can never go wrong in this restaurant. Classic Savory is the best!! Delicious and affordable food, accommodating crews and good ambiance. We ordered there set meal A which is the lumpiang shanghai, quarter chicken (cut into 5pcs), crab and corn soup, pancit miki bihon, rice and drinks. Since we we're that hungry we ordered another affordable meals. I love the fish fillet and lumpiang shanghai. The taste is very flavorfull and hindi nakakaumay. The coolers is also fantastic. We didn't able to touched stand in our seats because we're too full. We left the restaurant will a happy tummy. Guys, try classic savory it's a much try. #happytummy #blessedtotastedelifood #happyeating #tryingtobeafoodblogger

Dine here one sunday afternoon. Ordered, beer battered fish fillet, mixed vegetable and fried chicken. The food is okay, nothing special with what we ordered medyo hindi na rin ganun kasarap kagaya ng dati. We are so disappointed with their rice super tigas pa and buhaghag. Sadly this resto is not worth it anymore. 😔😭

Team building again and this time we tried savory and their solo meals. We ordered extra noodles and soup to share as well. This was last tuesday and we are going back again today (thursday) for another round of team building. Savory has good solid food and service and can easily serve a group of 12 with no delays.

Kindly update your poster near the entrance. E-meals are clearly stated there to be available from Monday-Saturday. Hindi yung ready na ang customer to order tapos sasabihin nyo na Mon-Fri lang yun available. Tinapalan nyo sana yun at pinalitan ng Friday. Or better yet, remove that poster EVERY SATURDAY. (Since ilang minutes na rin ako nakaupo, nahiya naman akong umalis na lang kaya umorder pa rin ako)Tapos, sira daw yung pangfilter nyo ng water. Bottled water lang meron. Dapat you have thought of a backup plan in case this happens para hindi mag-suffer ang customers nyo. Are we going to choose if gagastos for the water or titiisin namin ang sobrang tamis na drinks?!Then, nakakahilo tignan mga waiters nyo. Parang di alam ang gagawin. Panay ang lakad na wala naman gagawin. This specific branch (SM North EDSA Annex) gave me so many disappointments before, but now, I had enough.

One good ol’ classic family resto that offers one of the best tasting fried chicken and chinese style noodles, catering to small and big family gatherings. I have several happy memories in this joint. It gives you your money’s worth and the staff is very attentive too!

Comfort and filling food.Of course, their classic chicken is a must have everytime. Their gravy sauce is perfect for their chicken. Buttered chicken is also good especially with their big serving of yang chow fried rice. Half order with the rice is good enough for 2 to 3 persons. Chopsuey is ordinary and dependable. Pancit is more on the salty side so be sure to eat it with rice. Their "to share for 2" bowl of kikiam, porkchop, shanghai and yang chow is super sulit. It could easily be good for 3 ladies. Turon is a bit dry and hard. Coffee jelly is just as expected. However, the Ube sago dessert is a sweet surprise.Upping the previous review since servers had improved since our last visit. They are more attentive. Place and cleanliness is just okay.

I always eat at this resto because of the really classic food that they serve.  Compared with the old savory at Escolta, this one differs in their menus.Unfortunately there is negligence on their part because I found a stapler in the fish fillet and was able to chew it  I felt the sharp thing  with my tongue .  When I looked at it, I saw a stapler which is opened. The supervisor (man whose uniform is different from the crew.) got the plate; with the stapler,  brought it in the kitchen and said they don't use stapler in their packed foods.  He said it might come from the receipts.  I said they should use scotch tape instead to avoid this horrible incident.  Had the sharp thing entered my system I should have died without my family knowing what happened. The experience was horrible and traumatic.  Hope you give this matter utmost importance.

Classic indeed.Product: what we keep coming back for is the chicken. Our table ordered, the Combo C3 meal which composed of chicken, creamy fish fillet, pancit, and turon. Along with their iced tea. We also upgraded our rice to yang chow rice and had an additional soup. The chicken was great, no question there; flavorful from the skin to the bones. The pancit was also very delicious, tastes like your grandma's pancit that you can't get enough of. The fish was very soft, tasted a bit different from the ones I had before but it was still good. The yangchow rice was not what I expected tho, I had their yangchow before and I have to say that this one tasted very different, the hamonado kind of ruins it for me. Just for me. The soup was thick and flavorful, kind of tasted burnt but still good. The iced tea was amazing, sweet and sour in a not savory way, just how you like your iced tea to be blended. The turon was delicious, the banana was sweet, the wrapper was sweet, just really really good.Venue: a lot of people eat here so expect the place to be crowded. The servers act really fast and are easily called. Still kind of confused with the theme of the resto, nevertheless I keep coming back to it.

(Late Review) Savory is one of the all-time favorite restaurant to go to for over a decade now. I remember this being availabke ever since i was a kid. I love their chicken so much. Their chicken has not changed in years. It is still the same flavors i have tasted before and its still nice and juicy. A very affordable price, place is perfecr for family. Dont forget to try their long life pancit canton.

Disappointing. It used to be the original and it was good. However i wished i didnt come across their kitchen while on my way to their CR (which was disgusting). It was absolutely horrifying and unhygienic. The staff saw me and was horrified that i witnessed what they were doing and he tried to urgently close the door as if ashamed himself of what i saw. :(The food was also average to below average. We ordered the 695 good for 4. The quantity was actually good however the quality of the food was very disappointing. It was too salty. The soup was a mess, it tasted spoiled put in a soapy cup. Their chicken was also disappointing. It wasnt as juicy or as tasty as before. It was salty and the cooking oil or whatever it was, was overpowering the dish. I will not go back here, definitley.
