i guess for this branch ill give a rating of 1. they were tagged as casual dining but i think they should be tagged as a fast food. this branch has a worst environment. takbo dito takbo dun nakakabother 😡😡😡 my gad. dapat nag jollibee nalang ako hahaha nakakastress yung ambiance, from maraming tao to wala ganon pa din sila sigaw dito sigaw dun.. di maka focus sa food 😂😂😂

The food here was horrible and salty and slimy but that is not the worst of it.It is the complete lack of management here. There seems to be no manager or supervisor on site. If there was, then we did not notice. Management. Shame on you for allowing your staff to get away with such poor conduct.The staff here show no respect for customers at all. Instead of walking professionally around the venue they run and slip and slide as if they are on ice. The staff are dashing around the place like fly's that are locked in a bottle. They never look at the customers. Never comment to them. Never ask if everything is okay. Even when they deliver your plate they don't actually look at you.. They slide up to your table in their slippery shoes, deposit your order onto the table and slide away again without even catching your eye... You know? Yes thats you! the paying customer.Shame on the management.. It is never the waiters fault. It is always a management. You don't do any training and your don't supervise to keep standards up .Then back to the staff again. It was like this. We simply could not get their attention . They never scanned the floor to ensure all was well with their customers......Do you want to know why?..It is because they were constantly on their cell phones. I don't mean that they just glimpse the phone from time to time. It is more like their phones were their priority.Again management.. Don't blame your staff! This is your your fault for not doing your management job properly. Fellow foodies. I have tried this place so that you never need to.

The food is great and fits my taste but the thing is when we were calling the crew, the don't attend to what we ask. The service was so slow and I think it should be fixed.
