I really love their classic cinnamon roll because of its soft texture and delicious frosting. Although, their store is located along the alley of the mall; it was well designed to fit their well loved customers. Also, their staffs are accommodating and nice to everyone. A must visit!!! And please try their other breads aside of their cinnamon roll.

I have an issue with this branch in particular. Don't get me wrong I love cinnabon but this branch here in SM north edsa, they don't discount Senior and PWD. The staffs here were very rude as well. When they denied our PWD/Senior Discount (I'm with my grandfather and I'm a PWD with chronic diseases) at first the lady took my ID and asked me "bat may ganito ka di ka naman pilay" I just laughed it off and explain to her that I have multiple disabilities due to chronic illnesses and she just rolled her eyes on me. (Take note: You shouldn't question someone's disabilities because that's very rude) then she told us that they don't honor PWD cards so I was like okay but you should honor my grandfather's senior card. They've said that they don't honor it as well and it's their policy.  I've asked her name and she doesn't give it to me. I know it's against the law to deny discounts for the Senior citizens and PWD holders. I have complained several times to their facebook account and they've just "seen" my messages. If this ever happens again, I would surely complain to the DTI for violating Republic Act No. 9257 and RA 7277.I hope the management of SMNE Cinnabon will change their broken policy.
