I've been out the other day, doing my usual field work. Went to Fairview Terraces and was starving. I already tried Buffalo's Wings and Things and thought of having something from Chubby's. Note that these two are located in just one place. I want to indulge into a carbo-loading meal so I got their Southern Fried Chicken. It is hand battered deep fried chicken thigh fillet topped with creamy country gravy, served with their very own Honky Tonk rice and coleslaw. There's a big difference from what we consume in other fastfood chains in terms of the chicken. Country-style serving that is. I don't usually eat coleslaw but I must say that I am impressed with theirs. Nothing extraordinary but it complements the chicken and rice. I appreciate their Honky Tonk rice. I can actually eat it even without the chicken. 😀 But it would be better if it was more. It was just enough but for a starving website, it was a little "bitin". The ambience is just fine. Good place to dine. Not too crowded. The staff who assisted us was attentive, friendly and accommodating. All in all, it was worth it. You get what you paid for. 👍

Food is not good. And service sucks. Tried 2 pounds of wings one honey lemon and another Armageddon. Just tastes like regular wings nothing special with it. And too over price for a pound. Plus the service is soo bad. I was looking at the menu for a couple of minutes but the crew were just like students they were so noisy and would even watch you while you'd eat. They were so "maharot" which is quite annoying. It's like being served by kids playing cook instead of proper crews. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

We've experienced Buffalo Wings n Things before and was chickened out to try their Ultimate Wingsanity. We've gathered enough courage to try it last night and we had mixed thoughts. The Main Event1 pound Chicken (Ultimate Wingsanity, New York's Finest)Pulled-pork nachos2 NY Dirty riceBlue Cheese DipBuffalo Ranch Dip2 Iced TeaI always have a habit of checking out the first place and that scored me a discount! I saw on a poster that they are offering discounts on their Featured Companies, which happen to include the company I'm working with. The discount is: P100 off in every minimum of P500 single-receipt purchase. Not bad, right? Hihi.Let's now talk about their food. I can't handle Ultimate Wingsanity, but myS/O can!! It was sort of chili spice than 'spicey' spice. The staff said that flavor requires waiver, but we weren't signed one nor created one. I can't tolerate it. Too bad, they don't offer milkshakes to wash off the spice. The buffalo wings had too much sauce outside but the chicken meat was a bit dry. We've tried their MOA branch and it was kinda better than what we've tried last night. The pulled-pork nachos were okay. Nothing fancy, except the fact that they've used oulled pork instead of the usual ground beef. But the toppings were generous, though.Chubby's ambience is like a ranch, it fits their menu. It was a full night and there were only 2 staff attending with the customers. We need to wait few minutes for them to get our orders. We were billed less than P700 for 2. Inclusive of service charge. Since I've showed them my ID prior ordering, that scored us a P100 off, made us pay less than P600.Time of visit: 10 Oct 2015 20:30

We thought that this place is separate from wings and things but when we dined in, we were given two menus for both restos. So we ordered our favorite triple sampler of buffalo wings (the rookie, parmesan, basil), then we ordered the southern chicken platter, pulled beef platter, barbeque ribs and fries with blue cheese for an appetizer. All of our orders are delish! We'll definitely go back here.. It's just their menu is limited to only a few.

Love the American vibe going on in the place. So first off, the place is the same with the Buffalo Wings just beside it. Don't let the divider fool you.Second, try the wings. Me and my cousins love spicy food but just their Armageddon on the level of spicy made my eyes water. Anyway, the chicken was great.Third, always try the pork. Never leave without trying the ribs. And fourth, if you ever try their doubles promo, its a hell of a lot of food for 600php.Tata. ✌🏼️❤️
