Not good experience with the staffs especially the cashiers! They dont have change all the time and when you tell them that you dont have a smaller bill they will throw an atitude at you. They will start to look pissed. If only the cash register can speak up Iam pretty sure it will sure complain.This is not the first time this has happened. We wanted to cancel our order because the atmosphere was not good but decided to just let it pass.There were customers waiting to be attended to but all the staffs are inside. They waited for more or less 5 minutes but since no one is there to get their orders they just left How about train your staffs on customer service? That would help.

We had our celebratory dinner here with my family. It's an okay experience and I don't know what to feel.Firstly, the service crew are not attentive and it took us 10minutes for someone just to take our orders. And hey, before that, we are just standing and waiting to be seated and no one even bothers assisting us.The food is okay, it's above average. If you are looking for a good alternative to you fastfood restaurant routines, then you should give this restaurant a try. A quick tip for improvement on the establishment though, please train your crews about basic customer service. i ordered the chicken charlie's signature burger for take out. at first i thougt it was rather expensive (129php) but when i got my order, it was HUGE. definitely unlike the shrinking burgers of today. the bread wast toasted properly and the chicken patty was real meat with non extenders. i only wish it had more glaze.if you havent tried chicken charlie, you should. it's even better than bon chon.

The first time i saw the place, it was not gave me an aura of having a perfect sining experience. But the moment we were entertained by their staff. Boom! That made the experience a beginning of good experience! Their chicken has their own signature of taste! :)

Definitely one of our favorites for delivery. Delivery time is always on time. I personally prefer Chicken Charlie over Bonchon. The meat so much tastier and the flavor of the crust is not too saucy.

I am a proud chicken lover If I have to choose between chicken, pork, beef and fish the chicken wins hands down. I was invited for lunch last Monday to try Chicken Charlie and I seriously thought they were related to Charlie’s Grind and Grill. This is their biggest location so far which is located in Eastwood the address is 4th Floor Cinema level, City walk Eastwood, Libis Quezon City. This is a franchise and this restaurant is 100 % Filipino owned. Someone from our table said that don’t compare this chicken to Bonchon I totally agree because the chicken is similar to Manang’s Chicken. I liked Chicken Charlie better because the sauce doesn’t overpower the taste of the chicken.Love the color palette of the place I was told that the designer of the space is the Fiancee of the Owner. They want a uniform look which is understandable .The place is small but they maximized the use of space.Potato Wedges - I secretly (or not so secretly now) love those potato wedges I haven’t had them in a year but I remember them being amazing so I clearly need to try it again and have my fix again. I love their potato wedges !! So unbelievably crunchy and really flavorful – the spice mixture was so amazing that it really went inside the potato.Cheesestick Dynamite - I was scared to try this because I’m not a big fan of spicy food. But everyone was encouraging me to try it and I did. It was so good we ended up ordering another basket because I couldn’t stop eating it.French Fries - The fries were ordinary I mean I didn’t like it as much as I loved the potato wedges. But this is a good alternative if you are dining with children.Chicken Charlie Drumsticks - This was really interesting as this was the first time I’ve seen this brand. It turns out this is a very popular brand in Australia.This isn’t mine someone from our table ordered this drink. We ordered the 6 pcs drumstick and we finished it. Delicious chicken! The soy garlic flavor here is pretty darn tasty. I think they do something like double fried their chicken with their chicken marinated with soy garlic sauce.Chicken Charlie Wings - The flavors work well and it was so yummy.It’s just that different asian/korean style unlike the typical fried chicken that satisfies a completely different kind of craving.For dessert I tried the Mango Orange Pops.. It was good it was great way to cleanse the palate.You have to try it to believe it and really experience it this is not your typical double fried chicken..Chicken Charlie Branches

Well, in order for me not to feel deprived, I opted for the additional chicken strips. 5 years ago, I probably would have gotten chicken wings + rice but since we are not getting any younger, I felt it’s time to be more conscious of what we consume. Luckily, they have this bowl of greens available, which is served on a Filipino wooden bowl with vinaigrette served on the side, that way you can control how much you add in your salad.What do you get? A few slices of mandarin oranges, shredded turnip (Fun fact: After googling found out singkamas is called jicama in Mexican!), onions, red cabbage, carrots and lettuce. Worth it!

I ordered chicken bowl and mac n cheese. Chicken Charlie offers two glaze for their chicken (soy garlic and spicy) soy garlic has a mild spicy taste and that's what I chose. The chicken isn't dry and the rice isn't bad as well. As for their mac n cheese, I tasted it first when my order reached the table and I thought it was salty and initially I thought it was a runny version of a local cheese spread, but after finishing the chicken bowl, I tasted it again and it tasted milder. It has a weird after taste though, as if you could taste the water where the mac was cooked. Over all it wasn't bad. If you guys want an alternative to McDonalds and Jollibee etc, this is a good one.
