I’ve been ordering Red Bean Milk Tea from Chatime ever since! This is the only branch that actually forgot to include pearls in the drink!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡

Worst Chatime experience ever! I ordered a hot passion fruit tea, and it was covered with a plastic sealer :( They also provided a straw. How am I suppose to enjoy my hot tea from a straw? My companion also ordered a hot tea and after I complained, they still asked him if he prefers either the cup lid or plastic sealer.Also, there's only a few customers but it still took us a couple of minutes before we got our orders. I hope these things will be addressed soon.

I've only been able to try their some of their milk tea. My absolute favorites are their Taro Milk tea and Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea. The only complaint i have is their slow service. It took them 30 mins to make my orders.  This branch is well kept. Air conditioning of the place is also good.

Their service is too slow even if they have many crews. 15 to 30 minutes waiting time regardless if there are many customers or not. Got late for work twice for waiting :(

First things first. Yung sa cashier, maattitude sya may mali pero sya pa galit. Yung kasama ko nagtanong lang ng best seller for the fruit tea, pero ang sabi ba naman "Wait lang ha?" With a sarcastic tone. Ganyan ba kayo magtrato ng customers? Wow. We ordered 2 different teas na binayaran separately pero binigay sya in just one ring of the circular thing. Tapos yung isa, hindi na sya nagring. Even the tables, ang dumi natapos na lang kami kumain lahat ni hindi man lang nilinisan. Im a big fan of milk teas, nakabili na ko ng milk tea from chat time sa branch nyo sa sm hypermarket sa tientesidas pero masarap naman sya. Idk kung anong pinagkaiba non sa chat time sa centris na di mo malaman kung milk tea ba yon o ano. Parang dinasalan pa sa loob ng mga kung ano anong kema para maging ganun lasa. Not worth it. Will never go back there. Will never buy anything on chat time.

There are some Chatime branches that serve food, this is one of time. They have empanadas, chicken chops, anato rice, squid balls, fries etc.Squid balls and chicken chops are a must try. Firm, flavorful and satisfying squid balls will keep you coming back.As for their drinks, you can try their milk teas, brain freezing smoothies or tropical qq series. Grapefruit qq is one of my favorites.

Worst chatime service staff! They smile and parang utang na loob mo pa bumili sa kanila. Ang bibigat ng katawan gumalaw. In several instances nagrerequest kami ng restart ng wifi kasi hindi maconnect sa router/wifi nila ang sagot nila "down ang server" or "malakas po kasi ulan". Ano kinalaman ng ulan sa pagconnect sa local wifi device? bobo lang talaga. And server? kelan pa kinailangan ng server sa store para sa wifi e PLDT wifi lang din gamit nila. When asked if nirestart na ung wifi ang sagot nila oo pero I know na di nila ginagawa kasi hindi nagrerefresh ung connection. This team really needs to be replaced masyado sya hari harian sa store

Went here for dinner I ordered Chat Time Burger and chat time milk tea. Burger is so delicous Ive got very generous serving of ingredients really love the cheese as well as the BIG patty which is very tasty and well seasoned best partner with Chat Time Milk Tea I'm not into toppings so I always keep it plain and simple. Everything is great here except for the service which is really bad I've waited 30 mins for my order. Based on my observation they have plenty of staff's but I just dont understand why it took so long to prepare my order plus the cashier is quite rude :'( I've really love to give a 5 star but their service dissapointed me.

You know what’s good in a hot weather? Cold drinks! While waiting for our queue in other place (hehe) we ordered milk tea because we want something cold.Upon entering chatime; it felt like entering an oven. Hahaha it’s really disappointing. It’s too hot.We ordered Thai Milk tea with pudding P120, Pearl Milk tea P105 and Chocolate Mousse P110. The drinks are underrated. I feel like they deserve better rating, it’s just sweeter but I know I could have them lower it to my liking.They serve food as well, we’ll try it some time. ☺️
