I’ve been ordering Red Bean Milk Tea from Chatime ever since! This is the only branch that actually forgot to include pearls in the drink!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡

Worst Chatime experience ever! I ordered a hot passion fruit tea, and it was covered with a plastic sealer :( They also provided a straw. How am I suppose to enjoy my hot tea from a straw? My companion also ordered a hot tea and after I complained, they still asked him if he prefers either the cup lid or plastic sealer.Also, there's only a few customers but it still took us a couple of minutes before we got our orders. I hope these things will be addressed soon.

I've only been able to try their some of their milk tea. My absolute favorites are their Taro Milk tea and Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea. The only complaint i have is their slow service. It took them 30 mins to make my orders. This branch is well kept. Air conditioning of the place is also good.

Their service is too slow even if they have many crews. 15 to 30 minutes waiting time regardless if there are many customers or not. Got late for work twice for waiting :(

First things first. Yung sa cashier, maattitude sya may mali pero sya pa galit. Yung kasama ko nagtanong lang ng best seller for the fruit tea, pero ang sabi ba naman "Wait lang ha?" With a sarcastic tone. Ganyan ba kayo magtrato ng customers? Wow. We ordered 2 different teas na binayaran separately pero binigay sya in just one ring of the circular thing. Tapos yung isa, hindi na sya nagring. Even the tables, ang dumi natapos na lang kami kumain lahat ni hindi man lang nilinisan. Im a big fan of milk teas, nakabili na ko ng milk tea from chat time sa branch nyo sa sm hypermarket sa tientesidas pero masarap naman sya. Idk kung anong pinagkaiba non sa chat time sa centris na di mo malaman kung milk tea ba yon o ano. Parang dinasalan pa sa loob ng mga kung ano anong kema para maging ganun lasa. Not worth it. Will never go back there. Will never buy anything on chat time.
