If your an asian website, this one will satisfy your cravings just fine. Casual dinning. Usually fully pack of customers. Lots of savory dishes and fair amount variety of fruits and sweets.

Causeway is a classic go-to place for Cantonese cuisine in the area. The interior gives a lot of natural light from outside and has space designed for families or groups of friends. With friendly staff and good food, this would be a good place to go to for groups of friends and families. The spare ribs and beef tenderloin were very delicious. The beef tenderloin is soft and flavorful. These are safe food choices to go for if you would try the food. Causeway is also known for their freshly made dumplings that is presented around on a cart. Definitely a safe choice and a must go to place for Chinese comfort food. Food: 4.5/5Service: 4.5/5Interior: 4/5Value for Money: 4.5/5

The food taste nice! Staff we're okay though not well coordinated. I think we have to tell different members of the staff that 2 more people are coming almost 5-7 times because different people keep on removing the other 2 plates and utensils. Also, when we got home. We found out that they charged two more foods to us. Definitely won't be coming back to this causeway branch.

Let me go straight to the point, my restaurant experience with Causeway 2 has been a disaster. Me and the family ordered a bunch of dimsum to satisfy our cravings for lunch. Every single thing was a sad piece of food that probably got ignored the whole day and was overcooked to something not meant for consumption.I get that it happens and It was just going to be some bad memory, but then the staff had to freaking lie to us when we asked "Bago po ba ito?" They answered. "Yes po, bagong luto po yan lahat." I'm not a decorated chef, but I think when you steam something it's going to be wet and not some dry sticky ball of meat and a bit of shrimp. And those Tofu wrapped meat (I forgot what they're called) aren't supposed to be dark brown with black spots on them. How can you seriously look me in the eye and tell me those are fresh and newly cooked when they look, taste and feel exactly the opposite? Thanks for ruining my childhood memory of you causeway. Now I know where to go the next time I want some good old siomai, your competitors, King Chef.

First time to dine in at the Causeway. The food was great. The only bad comment that I can add is there are fly inside the restaurant and I guess they should have flown catcher or put a candle on the table.

Always love their chinese dishes!! No doubt when it comes to causeway.(-) Asked for water when we got there asap and constantly reminded the waiter for our water through out our meal but we're already finished when the water came. And rude employees for this branch. ☹️

Second Review: August 2018 - 4/5My mom and I always enjoy having our dimsum fix, and we're glad that there are so many dimsum places which are accessible from our place. One of our favorites is Causeway Banawe, a classic when it comes to affordable and good quality dimsum. 😍I won't review each item anymore, since we pretty much order the same things on each visit. 😅 Our favorites: an order of Chicken Feet each, Beancurd Roll, Hakaw, and this time, we also got an order of Tausi Spareribs. Of course, we got our favorite congee, the Lean Meat and Century Egg Congee. For a total of around 500 - 600 pesos for 2 people, you'll be delighted at the various dimsum you'll be able to try. 😍Each dimsum costs around 80 - 100 pesos only, great value for money, if you ask me. 👌 What's your favorite dimsum? 👲#EatDrinkSplurge--------First Review: August 2017 - 3/5My sister is away this long weekend because of a church camp. My mom seldomly goes out of the house (except when she has to go to the bank, to to market, etc.), so this long weekend was an opportunity for me to bring her out of the house. We opted to start and end our day early, so we chose to attend the 7AM church service. Around 9AM, we were already in Banawe, looking at Causeway's range of dimsum -- thinking of what to get for our brunch dimsum date. 😍 Here's what we got:✔ LEAN MEAT CENTURY EGG CONGEE (Php 130) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐This was good! The serving was huge, so my mom and I split an order of this. While the meat were really lean, they were juicy and delicious. I actually expected less meat, but there were a lot of pork pieces! I also liked their century egg. The yolk was a bit creamy, and it was really fresh. The congee is topped with fried wonton wrappers and a raw egg yolk, which you can mix in with the congee.✔ HAKAW (Php 100 / 4 pcs) - ⭐⭐⭐Hakaw is probably a dimsum I will always order whenever I get to visits from a Chinese tea house. Sadly, Causeway's version was quite expensive and didn't live up to the expectations. The shrimp was not that crunchy, even though it was freshly steamed. 😥 King Chef and Mabuhay Palace still has the best hakaw I have tried.✔ CHICKEN FEET WITH TAUSI (Php 53) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐This is my mom's ultimate favorite dimsum, so we got two orders of this -- and I made sure to give her more. The chicken feet were cooked properly, not too soggy nor were the ligaments chewy. I would prefer it to be more spicy than how it is, though. 😢✔ SHARKSFIN DUMPLING (Php 80 / 4 pcs) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐This was pretty good. The filling was packed, and was very flavorful. The wrapper had the right thickness, so it does not tear eaaily, but isn't too thick to enjoy. 😄✔ SPARERIBS WITH TAUSI (Php 80) - ⭐⭐⭐Serving size was quite big, even if we initially thought the plate was too small. 😁 The meat was quite tough and lacked flavor, though. You may dip it in the chili oil to enhance its flavor.✔ BEANCURD ROLL (Php 98 / 3 pcs) - ⭐⭐⭐I absolutely love beancurd roll, but today's rolls at Causeway was a bit disappointing. While they were served freshly steamed and piping hot, I did not like the filling as much. I usually get a generous serving of pork and shrimp in each roll, but this had small shrimp bits laced in the pork and vegetable filling. This lacked flavor as well, good thing the chili oil saves the day! 👌Causeway has the 'lako' system for their dimsum, where everything (except for a few items that must be freshly steamed from their kitchen), so food is generally served quickly. The service was okay, most of the servers were attentive. The manager was also visible and is helping in areas needing his assistance. The servers weren't exceptionally cheerful though, even for a Sunday morning. 😟There were a lot of guests dining, mostly families. In Chinese restaurants, it may get a bit noisy at times, because of how closely the tables are positioned beside each other. This is a norm, though.Overall, food has good value for money. Causeway may not be the best dimsum restaurant, but given its prices, it sure is worth it! 👌#EatDrinkSplurge
