I bought a caramella cake for my officemate's birthday celebration and it was a hit! The light caramel chiffon cake with its wonderful caramel icing is a new favorite among us cake-lovers in the office.

The ice cream here is top not.  What I like about them is that tasting is allowed.  If you are not sure which Ice cream to order, you can ask for a small sample.  Me, I always go for the chocolate sans rival.  To hell with the abs!

I love their ice cream cakes. Talk about a slice of heaven! The first cake I tried was their mango sans rival. The mango flavor really come though. The next one is their chocolate smores. The chocolate and the marshmallow really do make a great combination. Their ice creams are great too. I particularly like oreo cookies and cream.

I needed something delicious to bite my teeth into after my adobo experience. Planned for something sweet like Ms Polly's but we happened into Caramia instead. The cakes looked like stuff made in dreams so did the gelatos. While looking at the display shelf, the server asked for our orders. We asked for bestsellers and was given a preference between pistacchio, strawberry and blueberry flavors. We opted for Blueberry Cheesecake and Turtle Pie. Was ordering slices of cake but was disappointed to know they are not serving at the time except for Smores, which we did. Would've appreciated being told early so we could've headed to Polly's instead. Both gelatos tasted exquisite but a little heavy on sweets. The Smores was also delicious but a little too sweet, too. A bit grainy in its consistency but quite moist. Free service water is not served. Should have plenty free to serve to wash out the sweetness from the customers' palate.Service is inadequate. Cashier didn't even look me in the eye when I asked for water. Leaves a lot of room for customer service training.

Tired from cooking what my daughters wanted to eat and dropping them off we decided to go to Robinsons Supermarket to check some items. Walking towards there we passed by Caramia, asked to try Turtle Pie and loved it so we ordered. Told my daughters we loved Caramia gelato more than their favorite gelato joint, but they reminded me we tried it before, ordered strawberry but it tasted awful. Oh well... Still loved my Turtle pie and might go back for more.
