It was a hobby for me and my friends to go somewhere and try different food specially pastries and pasta. Since our school is near to Maginhawa, it's been always on our top list to go whenever we crave for something. It's our first time to try Cafe Quezon last August and it did satisfy our cravings for cheesecakes, have tried the mango & blueberry cheesecake match with their lemon juice in a jar which is really exciting for there are only several cafe who uses jar as their drinking glass. Outside the cafe you won't feel any excitement unless you go inside and study their interior, paintings on the walls, flower vase in each tables, wooden and plastic chairs match with the modernity & classic time in Quezon province plus a good food for a very quiet & peaceful ambiance of their Cafe.

Delicious cake and pasta. But their iced tea is a no no for me. Too many ice and it taste like water. We shouldn't updgraded it to large size.

First time to try this cafe out because I chanced upon a discount voucher at metrodeal. My family ordered sinigang na salmon belly, fish fillet in sweet and sour rice meal, crispy liempo with rice, clubhouse sandwich and yema cake. None of our orders are stunning. All were so so. The only plus was the homey feel of the resto.

We enjoyed having dinner at this restaurant. Prices are affordable and their servings are big. The waitresses are helpful and knowledgeable of their dishes. We ordered and liked tortang macao, dona aurora meatballs, chicken caesar salad, pancit habhab, longanisa sausage sampler, caramel pilipit and dinuldol.Their salmon steak was so thin though. Bitin.

Another place in Maginhawa where you can tambay alone and nobody would even care. There's wifi, strong barako coffee, decent cakes and airconditioning. Spicy Chicken with free iced tea is what we also come here for plus the maruya. The cafe basically serves Quezon province specialties like pancit habhab and lucban longganisa.

So we we're scouting Maginhawa for our next new foodscapade. We came by this cafe and saw it had a homey feel to it. The place in general had a cozy ambiance to it. The cafe have enough tables to sit I think a max of 30 people. I was with a friend, and we got there around 8:30 PM. There were 2 servers, and 4 tables were occupied. The servers we're not that attentive, and not that accommodating. After listing down our orders though, the service was pretty fast.Since we already had dinner and what we really wanted to have was coffee and pastries, we got a slice of Mango Cake, paired with Pandan Iced Tea and a sliced of Nutella Cheesecake, with brewed coffee. The cakes were superb! I absolutely enjoyed it! They weren't too sweet nor were they bland. It had the right amount of sweetness to it that brought out the taste of each ingredient. By the way, they have this promo that if you get a slice of cake with brewed coffee you get your coffee half the price! It was a sure win deal!I suggest coming by here for a cake and coffee, and they also have unique iced tea mixes. The only downside to this fine place is that they don't have chairs or tables outside for smokers, but everything else was perfect.

I thought that it will be one of the stores that will close due to the continuous influx of new places but thankfully, it's still here. I like its 'new' look. Unfortunately, I don't like the service. In a span of a week, I have been here twice. They're consistent alright. Consistently their service is :| such a waste lang. Food is great especially the yema cake. The ambience is laid-back and relaxing.
