Fried Kangkong is the best! tastes like fries with sour cream sauce. Too bad they only have few choices of foods :( i also love their chocolate fountain for marshmallows

If you want a Filipino buffet then Cabalen will suit your taste. Their menus taste good but they only have a few choices. Desserts are too few too. I like their Kare-Kare and Ginataang Kuhol. :)

The Cabalen I knew as a child is now totally different; the food isn't as diverse as before nor as tasty. I'd only eat at Cabalen now if it's for a party. Otherwise, I'd rather eat at other buffet restaurants with yummier and more varied dishes. This branch, however, is recommendable for private events because of their function room.

They serve mostly Filipino dish though there are few choices compared to other restos which offers buffet the taste is still far better than other restos which are serving the same type of viands. Its like fiesta in a resto with a lechon at the center, for dessert you can make ur own halo halo.
