My worst burgoo experience here in SM north QUEZON CITY. . I love the BURGOO in Rockwell Makati though. I was charged 10% service charge even for my free dish which came out to 59.50 pesos when actually the second most expensive dish should be completely free as I've experienced in other website restaurants that I've been to. I ordered 3 cups of rice but they also cheated on the servings of rice coz they served 3 half cups of rice not 3 full cups so we will be forced to order more rice. Service was slow too. Never going back there again. Food actually tasted good... The lamb chops were superb. Too bad the service was terrible

Serving was huge. We had to take the other orders home as we can no longer finish eating them. The food was superb! The grilled lamb was cooked perfectly!

1-star review alert!Worst Burgoo experience in this branch!Staff were unattentive and too slow! It wasnt even a full house that day. There were flies flying around (flies in a mall? Ikr) so we asked for candles to rid of them and it took us three times to remind them of our request. They also took out our orders one at a time - with around 10-15 mins interval per dish. Imagine serving the ribs first which served as our main viand then taking out the jambalaya (our rice dish) 15 mins after. Then our second order of jambalaya for another 10 mins. Ribs were dry and bland. Shrimps were still small even though they were already covered in breading. Linguini with Clams pasta and Caesar salad are below average for the price. Dont even get me started on the "supreme" pizza which we followed up thrice and served when we were already finished with our meals (see pics). Taste wasn't supreme and crust too air-y. Definitely not worth the long wait!This is not the Burgoo I used to love and know. Thumbs down for food, service, and ambiance. Never going back to this branch!

Not a lot of people eat here (maybe because it's quite expensive) but if you are looking for something to really fill you up and you're not on a tight budget, this is the place to be. Steak and salmon was good.

They have big servings and I love the taste of their food. We ordered pasta and burger. I also enjoyed their table where you can write or draw using their colors. 😅

Ive never tasted any burger better than the one that serve here in Burgoo! I eat here so many times but this is the 1st time i ordered burger and it is so DELICIOSO!

We ordered the Oklahoma Baby Back Ribs which was quite dry but the sauce is okay and the Seafood Jambalaya which was delicious.Attendants were fast. Staff were very courteous. I'll come back again but will order their burgers.

The food was great and all, quality and quantity-wise (the food we ordered was more than enough for two people) but the service was really slow and it was so hard getting the attention of the service crew. At one point, one of them already saw me calling but still ignored me.

Super solb, hadn't had the chance to to take a pic on the baby back ribs coz of HANGRINESS! service is great, attentive staff, great viands. Though mash potato bland, all is good for full stomach.
