Location ★★★★★Accessibility ★★★★★Ambiance ★★★★☆Sanitation ★★★★★Value for the Price ★★☆☆☆Affordability ★★☆☆☆Service ★★★★☆Staff ★★★☆☆I am no professional website nor chef but I know how to cook, so rating this would be based on how I cook for others and not myself. To start with the review, Dimsum was really great, it was luscious, tender and the flavors are near perfect. The soup itself was also great. But why the rating of 2? Since we are reviewing food, aside from the dimsum, anything else is kinda average to below average. Lets start with Beef Belly. The cooking appears nice with a nice red center however on further inspection the fat looks dull. I placed it on my mouth and it was cold. It was so cold that the fat turned to lard. The fat also did not render enough to give justice to the meat and it was on the hard side. It was so bad, I felt a little bit nauseated that I need a glass of Ice tea and 2 glasses of rootbeer to gulp it down, in respect to the cow that was sacrificed for the belly. Next was fried salmon. I was actually delighted to see it on the menu but on bite it was too oily to the point that the salmon taste was overpowered. The pork belly was average, nothing extra to make me happy. Fried rice was oily but relatively okay. Salmon sashimi was average however not fatty enough to make me do a second round on it. The sushi however is something I found lacking. I just ate on a hole in a wall at SM centerpoint where they offered spice tuna. They tasted the same, the difference is the amount of tuna in it making buffet 101 better but the texture was actually better with the hole in wall store. I am quite surprised that the taste is near spicy tuna sisig from century tuna. Its either century tuna is making the tuna so great or their is just so-so. Dessert was okay to above average. The crepe chef was good. But anything else is meh. Not worth coming back. Rather go to another buffet. not worth the price.

I love the ambiance which is actually very refreshing coupled with the perfect lighting system makes the establishment look more elegant. The staffs are also commendable for being polite and accommodating which makes us feel more comfortable. i would definitely recommend buffet101 to my friends since i also want them to experience a unique and awesome dining experience.

Priced competitively and reasonably. It will definitely fill you up with it’s assortment of choices. The meat station was the highlight of the day with very juicy beef, hot chicken, tender pork loins and crunchy lechon. Sushi and Sashimi selection was varied - the quality was all over the place. The Salmon sashimi was ok for a buffet but the portions were so small to really appreciate it.The various sushi rolls were lacking actual taste - salmon rolls should actually taste like salmon or spicy tuna rolls have tuna in them instead of fillings. Finally, desserts are in ample display from your traditional Filipino Halo Halo, Kakain, Ice Cream and various pastries.I only sampled a small portion of the buffet menu and my review only reflects what I’ve tried.

➽ Sunday @ 12:00pm➽ ₱4,700.00 for 6 (Promo)☟FAQS☟Crowded? ✔Airconditioned? ✔CR available? ✔Location ★★★★★Accessibility ★★★★★Ambiance ★★★★☆Sanitation ★★★★★Value for the Price ★★★☆☆Affordability ★★☆☆☆Service ★★★★☆Staff ★★★☆☆☟ORDERS☟Buffet ★★★★☆✍ The room is big and the interior is good but I think the arrangement of tables could be better. Main dishes are so-so but the dimsum is on point. I enjoyed the Hakaws so much! I also loved the ice cream. Unfortunately, all the drinks in dispensers are not available. Tempura takes a long time to get refilled too. Our experience was good but considering the price, I prefer to dine at Vikings than here.WORTH COMING BACK TO? ✔

The viands weren't cooked well. The baked scallops still had grit in them. The fried shrimps and malnourished crabs were stuck in their shells, showing how unfresh they are. The garlic squid still had mushy, but half-cooked breading inside. The soda machine, yogurt machine and coffee machine weren't working. The little cakes lacked substance as they all similarly tasted like gelatin and cream. The steamed shrimp dimsum (hakaw or har gao) were cooked four or eight pieces at a time to make sure you'd lose your appetite before you get to taste one. Really, the pacing of the release of food was that slow. With their price, take your family elsewhere.
