NY Dirty rice... *thumbs down*I just hope they had plain rice..But their buffalo wings garlic parmesan was great! And NY cheesecake ice cream too!

The new Salted Duck Egg sauce just didn't work for me. As usual everything is good. The new Bacon meals look good as well will definitely try it soon. Best service crew. Btw.

This restuarant is connected to Chubby's rib shack so we ordered from both. Value for food - 3/5(Chubby's) The serving sizes/portions are too small for the prices. The steak fajita 300-400pesos but it was just small. (Buffalo's) Their wings were 5 pcs and just 190+ pesos. The flavor was just on the skin. You can't really taste it inside. (Very much similar to BonChon). It's okay for the price. Taste - overall 3/5(Buffalo) The cheeseburger and chick'n quesadilla was my favorite! (4/5) it's really worth it! (Chubby) the steak fajita was really disappointing. For the said price, it's really expensive. The steak was chewy (like gum) and hard to swallow. The honky rice was hard and bland. So 2/5 for this.Overall, it was an okay experience, but we most likely won't go back.

My husband and I are wing fans so we were thrilled to see this place in Fairview Terraces. We usually go to the SM Annex branch but since we moved to Novaliches, it's just not worth the drive. Unfortunately, the FT branch just didn't live up to the standards we know.We ordered our usual: 12 pcs Garlic Parmesan wings with blue cheese dip, 2 NY Dirty Rice, 1 basket of fries.Ambience: 2.0When we entered, the place was like a sauna. It was so hot, we almost wanted to leave right away. The tables and chairs were also cramped, we could barely squeeze through with our stroller.Service: 5.0This is the best thing about this place. Every single person was eager to assist, smiled sincerely, and attended to our needs promptly. We even complained to the manager about the food and she was very apologetic. She took the criticism and offered to replace everything. We had to decline the replacement, though, since we were too hungry to wait any longer.Food: 2.0Don't go on a Friday. It was such a horrible experience. The fries and the wings were dark. We had to ask the manager if they refry old food or if the cook is new and accidentally overfries everything. The fries were like chicharon at this point and we had to soak it in ketchup. The wings were still pretty decent despite looking horrible, though. The manager explained that they change their oil every Friday night. Since it's Friday afternoon, we ordered right when their oil is at its blackest. Aren't they supposed to change the oil when necessary instead of putting out terrible food just to follow their schedule? The worst part is the Dirty Rice that we ordered. I put all the rice in my plate and immediately thought it was spoiled. It was watery and the texture is just disgusting. I swear it was spoiled but the manager claims it was incorrectly mixed. She checked on other batches and found they were all like that so she offered white rice instead. Again, we declined. We ate our wings with just the fries.Overall, we had a bad experience but we will give this place one more chance since the staff members were all amazing and since we had better meals in other branches.

Crew is definitely not attentive at all! Poor service and di masarap lasa ng wings compared to other branches. Limited food choices especially for sharing meal sets. They don't offer triple set meals unlike in sm annex branch. Considering that they charge 10% service charge dapat attentive sila sa lahat ng guest and if they want to sit in the couch let them sit especially kung VACANT NAMAN! I won't go back to this branch again.

Good food and kinda fast service! 😊 They also have wifi. The food mighr seem pricey but it is worth its taste and the amount of serving. I always come back here if I'm craving for something near the taste of Frankie's! 😊

I had the most unpleasant dining experience when I decided to try Buffalo's Wing N' Things today, August 16, 2015. I was looking for a restaurant that I haven't tried before and decided to go here. Not sure of how the place was set up but ever since I entered I felt that their staff was not paying any attention to me. You really have to call their attention; their service is not proactive. There were three servers available and with the size of the place, they could've easily paid attention if they planned their placement properly. You really have to do everything by yourself if you want to eat - ask for the menu, call attention numerous times to the point that I wanted to go to their register if I want my order taken. They should've opted for self-service instead. My order took 20 minutes to think that I only ordered their Chicken Tenders and NYC Dirty Rice. I think the food would've been great if not for the waiting until you starved experience. I would try again to give this a second chance but for today, I was very dissatisfied.
