The overall experience I had here was not satisfactory. Unsatisfactory customer service, food and place... The staff were not attentive. Although there were few customers around, those who weren't doing anything would rather chat with each other instead of clean up the tables. It was so difficult to approach them when we needed something. My companion even had to wait long just for his order to arrive because it seemed that they had 'forgotten' his order. Also, the foods seemed bad. The burger was too oily and the veggies were soggy. The iced tea was not cold and it tasted bland. Overall, the foods were not worth their price.

First time here! It’s pricier than the usual fast food burger but its cost is justified. It is one of the few places where the burger looks exactly the way it is shown on the menu.I’m glad that it isn’t one of those burger places, especially the new ones, that charge more just because they’re overhyped. In the case of Brothers Burgers, the quality speaks for itself.
