THE WORST "EAT ALL YOU CAN" RESTAURANT!!!** See for yourself to prove (We did & will certainly never be back for good) **- Price is too much for the quality/taste/selection of food & service (try comparing with the other restaurants to prove)- Very few selections (selections are not even good! Image including sardines in the menu & the sardines are not even gourmet!)- Jelly/Gulaman was as chewy as a bubble gum- No fruit desserts or other good desserts/sweets- Mini cake doesn't taste like a cake, you'll wonder if it's really a cake- Televisions are put in an inappropriate location (we got tables wherein the televisions were on top of our head. It could have been installed on one side of the restaurant so most, if not all, can see it- A lot of the plates won't pass quality control for cleanliness (we had to search for/select the clean plates)- Ambiance is not good, you'll only eat there if you're hungry not minding the taste/quality of food & location- Bill was incorrect (it was a family member's birthday & they said the celebrant is free but they still charged us thinking they can get away with... well, we checked so they had to recompute)- No wonder they don't get investors because they suck big time- Btw, if your standard is low, this might be okay/acceptable (there are better restaurants for the similar/lower price)** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY & EFFORT ON THIS LAME RESTAURANT **

The rating above reflects the quality of the buffet as a whole. Most of the food is bland and not warm at all. There was no crispy pata on the buffet table that one time I went there. The waitstaff were very friendly and accommodating with my questions and requests though. It is relatively inexpensive as far as buffets go, and to make the most of your time and money, I suggest loading up on its Max's-style fried chicken, BBQ ribs, and grilled/fried fish.

They were also very nice and smiling whenever you inquired about something. Place was clean and spacious. Had a pretty mural and televisions to keep you entertained. Lighting was pretty odd though, as it was darkish yellow, which made me think of a lighting for a date rather than a supposedly lively Filipino buffet.Mind you, I didn't have anything but oatmeal for brunch and suffered the MRT ride there during rush hour (never again, I swear!), so I was ravenous.I tried the vegetable/salad part of the buffet. Ampalaya was a bit too bitter and the others were a bit bland. Nothing very exceptional, nor did any spike my taste buds.I skipped the rice (as we all know what rice tastes like, haha. I don't like rice anyway!) and went on to the pinakbet. Again, ampalaya too bitter while the rest was just fine. The pork menudo was pretty good! The other one beside it was lechon paksiw, but I didn't get to try it since I didn't know they refilled it (I would've gotten a LOT if I knew!).Chicken didn't really make a lasting impression, I actually forgot what it tasted like! The pancit was really good. I liked the fact that there was bagnet pieces. The sweet and sour fish wasn't the best. It was bland at best. The dinuguan was VERY good, though then again… I really love dinuguan! I just didn't like that some of the chili wasn't cooked well enough or just added on top of the food. There was another lil salad area, and I liked this part, except for the tofu, which was cold and tough. Bagoong tasted very nice (with the salted egg salad, not the plantains!). Vegetables were well-cooked, plantain was meh.I tried a bit of the bacon sinigang, which would have tasted really good if they didn't add any more oil other than the natural one from the meat, and if they didn't overcook the vegetables, which was already soggy. I got to taste the monggo and miswa, which tasted okay. The chicken satay was very good! Tender and flavorful. The pork sisig was just the right amount of crunchy and tender as well, so two thumbs up for that.Their mongolian was undercooked, with the vegetable pieces being hard to chew and still raw. The chicken was okay and well-marinaded.I really liked the grilled squid. I didn't get to taste the fish, since they ran out of it and replaced it with more of the squid. It wasn't very chewy and just right. This had four different types of meat: Fish fillet (which tasted bad, just skip this), the chicken (tasted kind of like Max's, but didn't leave a huge impression on me), the calamares (salty, but will do!), and the magnet. Now, the bagnet deserves a separate paragraph. Because I. Love. Bagnet. This one was a bit salty and was cooked with too much oil, but boy… I. Love. Bagnet. Perfectly cooked, crunchy, lots of fat for me to love and get a heart attack from. Definitely worth it.Now, on to the desserts! They didn't have much variety here. Neither did I like any of them. Maybe those peanut bars with sprinkles, but that was mediocre at its finest. The rest were hard, bland, and not really worth my chewing. I wish they had ice cream instead of this, it would be a LOT better. I recommend ice cream and maybe puto instead of these bite-sized cakes. They also had a lil halo-halo station, which was good, but I wasn't very impressed as they didn't have much toppings or ingredients for it.Didn't try their drinks (iced tea and dalandan). Pretty sure they are your standard powdered drinks. All in all, I could say my experience wasn't the best, but I wouldn't really call it the worst. They had their good points, and I would definitely recommend the meat section and steer clear from the desserts and salad. At a price of 300 PHP, you wouldn't have a LOT of variety in the food, but you can definitely make up for it by stocking up on sisig, dinuguan, rice, and bagnet. The bacon sinigang is worth the calories as well! How many times did I go back? I think… Six? Mostly for the bagnet, sisig, and dinuguan. :p Pretty sure my blood pressure and cholesterol went up, but I'm not complaining. Worth it!I can say that at 300 PHP, it's worth the price. You don't get the best of the best, but it's nice when you're out with friends and hungry after work. Pretty nice to start the weekend with a buffet like this.

I like to call it Buffet wars I guess with quite a number of Buffet restaurants offering a smorgasbord of food at below 300.00. At Ali Mall in Araneta center one can have their fill at 299.00 with Bossings. Bossings is part of the Uncle Cheffy Group. I have ate here before and tonight was the second time. Eating alone I actually got to try everything but I skipped the Bagnet for the Nilagang Bacon and the shabu shabu soup.  They make their own Bacon - this is not the thin variety. This would be the choice cut that is soft with more meat than fat. To sum it all I can't complain about the food except the Ribs tasted a bit salty for me. Although it was soft. Everything else checks out as comforting to eat when you are hungry. Service was fast to refill, You just need to get accustomed to the fact that it gets crowded on weekends. but value wise its a win win. They could work on better interiors, seats and tables but The mural ala Larry Alcala made me smile and I was entertained. The dessert section - you make your own halo halo is the win.  So under 300 I would rate them a 3.5

Ali Mall in Cubao is still a really nice mall to go to even if it’s already decades old. There are lots of shops and restaurants that cater to different tastes. Their top floor has become lively due to the booming government satellite offices and the food court. But at a corner on the ground floor, along the hallway with many other restaurants, you’ll find Bossing’s Grill that offers all-day buffet and provides a 15% discount from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 20% discount from 8:30 pm until they close. That’s quite a tempting offer for a buffet. So we took the chance and we made it just before 5:00 pm to avail the discount.

At first it may seem like a great place to dine, given the fact that they've got one of the most affordable buffet prices in the market today. For a little less than Php400, you get to eat all things that you can for a maximum of two hours. Not bad, right? Nope! That's where you actually think, but that's not what it really is.The food sucks. I think the only ones that are worth trying were their fried chicken, calamares, grilled squid, chicken BBQ and perhaps their bagnet if you're into it. But the rest of the food? Sorry to say but they suck BIG TIME! The Igado looked like they were reheated a couple of times and were possible left over from the previous buffet spread. Their Bopis was too bland. I couldn't decipher what it tastes like. The green gelatin found at the dessert area was filled with "magic sugar" and if it were trying to taste like lychee or almond jelly, it's the worst I've ever had. The D-I-Y La Paz Batchoy Soup also tasted bad despite the generous toppings you put into it. I think the problem was with its broth.Over all, despite the efforts brought about by the staff ( in all fairness, they were very attentive in refilling the food before it's even gone!), Still, Bossing's need more quality over quantity food offerings in their buffet. The truth of the matter was, I kind of expected a lot from Bossing's since I knew it was from the same company as Uncle Cheffy's whose food and services I really enjoyed in the past years. Perhaps, they needed more effort in improving not just the services but also the taste in their buffet spread.

Food selections are dried. You have to ask for soup bowls, we are 9 in our group, only given 2, had to ask for more. No dessert glasses provided. It is warm inside, their Aircondition is not working, we asked if they have electric fan, they don't have one at the same time, one of their associates rolled their eyes. It is cooler outside, so we asked to open the door, we felt the breeze coming in... unfortunately, they want their door to be closed....Overalls, it was not a very comfortable and enjoyable place to have lunch/ dinner to celebrate my nephews graduation. We should just go to the next door restaurant... I talked to the manager, as what my nephew told me "Deadma nila ka Tita"... Very poor customer service. Will not recommend to all my friends to go to this place.

Worst buffer restaurant. The food is either almost spoiled or no flavor at all. Don't eat here. I feel robbed. Not worth your hard earned money. The only good thing in this place are the staff.

Decided to eat here with my food buddy.. the staffs are kind and accomodating.. This resto offers Filipino foods..their bagnetvis yum! And I also like how they fried the chicken..its so homey bec they fried it without a breading! Perfect!loved the squid..for their soup I only tried bacon sinigang maybe two sip I give up coz its too oily..Ulam with sauce I only tried caldereta its ok..But I'm not really a fan...desserts are so Pinoy style..macaroons, maja, puto etc and you can make ur own version of halo halo which is fun..I super loved their 4seasons (juice) ..
