On the table:1. Thick soup with crab meat and sweet corn- a little salty with a few corn kernels and small shreds or crab meat.2. Imperial pork ribs- sweet and very tender. Very nice presentation too.3. Fish fillet with ginger and spring onions- very light but not bland. I liked it.4. Chicken rice- really good.5. Yimian prawns- this is a noodle dish with thick sauce. Very flavorful. However, this came with only 3 halved shrimps. They should name this something else.

My family's regular go-to for some solid Singaporean; their laksa has some of the meatiest prawns around, and they have a good steamed chicken. We're always happy when we eat here as a family.

Prolly the closest hainanese chicken you can get to the singapore ones. The food was so-so. Some were good, and some i didn't care for.The pork buns didn't even come close to those of tuantuan or tim ho wan. They were "bready' and soggy; and the filling was too gelatinous for me. The hakaw was okay. The shrimps were fresh but the rice wrapper seemed old and crumbly. My dad didnt like the sausage buns that he had because they were bland and gritty. What we liked most was the wanton noodle soup. The noodles were firm and soup was flavourful. It wont be my first choice for dimsum, but id come back for their roast chicken and cereal prawns instead.

The customer service was superb, the ambiance and theme was relaxing. Me and my partner enjoyed our sunday dinner together. The food was great and heavy. Its our first time to dine here, we're satisfied and pleased. Keep it up! The pricing is reasonable and they serve beer! Which I really like, perfect with my noodles. ❤ Trinity Malcholm

I loved their Seafood Laksa and Fried Spareribs with Zhen Jiang Sauce! For the pork buns, it is way far from what we have in THW. Overall, my first time here at BTK was a good dining experience. Looking forward to try their Hainanese chicken and cereal prawns to see if it's delish as well! :)
