Get 10 adults and 4 kids plus 2 boodle sets, you'd definitely leave satisfied. Tried their new boodle sets; island sinugbu espesyal and mighty meaties. Nothing special with their dishes, but the variety will keep you putting more stuff unto your plate.

Food was ok and typical. The service was fine and the receptionist outside was accommodating. Rice serving is definitely more than the viands, but if you are looking for a different dining experience in the area, this place is a must try.

We ate here with my friends yesterday. We ordered Mt.apo (good for 6pax), the price was reasonable and the food taste good. The only thing i hate is a the very big serving of rice that i think is good for 8 pax and a small serving of viand.

Well! I love the Tali Beach Boodle set and the Mt. Apo boodle set. But I don't like their delayed service esp for Fruit shakes and the worst it they also give you a wrong order. But in terms of food, thumbs up for those 2 mentioned set as part of the menu.

Whenever my family came back for our annual vacation, we always make sure that we'll visit this restaurant. I came here at lunch and it was not crowded as i expected. It was a good thing though. No one greeted as we entered. We sit ourselves. Some of the items are unavailable too at 1pm in the afternoon. Staffs are quite in a bad mood swings as no one even smiles. The food came a bit fast. As always, it was so delicious. I even forget the service that i get because of their amazing food. Overall, we will keep on coming back but not to expect a very friendly service.

This place is good for boodle fights especially when you are with your friends that wants to try something new and also if you don't want to leave the Fairview area just to try boodle fights. :) Money is worth spending here.

I was expecting something more from this restaurant. Apparently, it is quite true that expectations can lead to disappointments. The pictures on their posters and on the menu were definitely deceiving. Small servings for quite expensive prices. The taste is a bit mediocre, same as other restaurants offering the same menu. Im just truly thankful that may parents enjoyed the food. Ok food, but 1600 for 5-7 persons is definitely a false advertisement.

I really love seafood--calamares, seafood marinara pasta, shrimp pasta, tempura, cream dory fillets, etc.-- so I had high expectations for this place. What I like about Seafood Island is the unique dining experience of boodle-style. Though I didn't really use my hands the whole time, it was nice to have all the food arranged on a giant plate/board for sharing with my family. We ordered the Magellan's Landing set, which includes kinilaw (with a few pieces of grilled pork), shrimp, tilapia, crabs, danggit, and bagoong rice. We also had the sinampalukang manok, a piece of chicken inasal, and the Kampampangan sisig.I liked the sinampalukang manok best--it had real sampaloc, the soup was tasty, and the chicken was tender. My mom and sister found the chicken inasal okay as well. The kinilaw and crabs were also good, though my dad commented that the fish used for the kinilaw wasn't fresh. There was a lot of bagoong rice; a bit too much for our family though, haha.On these points, Seafood Island did a good job. Unfortunately, a lot of things brought their rating down for me.1. The service was rather lacking. A waiter just picked up the menu in front of my dad without even asking if he was done with it. No hi, hello, excuse me--nothing. Also, the waiter who took our order doesn't seem well-versed in the menu.2. The squid was cooked with the skin on. Though it was chewy enough for me, I didn't like that it was hard to slice and that I had to battle to get the skin off using only my spoon and fork. Maybe I should just stick to squid cooked calamari-style.3. The shrimp was rather dry--perhaps it was meant to go in a dip/sawsawan?4. The danggit was too salty for our taste. I had to drown my portion in vinegar and eat it with rice to take the edge off.5. The sisig was terrible. My sister is really fond of sisig and knows how it has to taste, how it should be prepared. It wasn't sizzling, it tasted meh, and worse, while chewing the meat my whole family could sense that the pork wasn't fresh! We asked if the dish could be redone but apparently that was all the 'cooking' that could be done to the Kapampangan sisig. I just hope the original Kapampangan sisig doesn't taste that way! Terrible. :( We didn't even finish 1/3 of the dish. All in all, a rather meh experience. I think I could've gotten my seafood fix from a pasta place instead. Oh well.
