Nice place for afternoon coffee. Their bread selection is inspired by traditional breads of different countries. Their coffee was also very delicious.

This is a new place in SM North EDSA that has a concept like Bread Talk wherein you will choose from a variety of breads. They also serve coffee, some flavors are common, some are not. However, their breads aren't that consistent. I was actually disappointed with one of their breads, the Caramel Pecan Braid. It lacked the Caramel taste and the Pecan flavor is too strong. I was also disappointed with their Latte. No espresso kick at all. I hope they can improve on that. However, I love to commend the prices for the coffee.  For me it is fair BUT still with excellency. While the breads, I hope they can work on the freshness and of course the tender texture of the bread.

Got a chance to buy late at night when they are about to close(mall hours). All their bread are buy one take one.. look so yummy.. taste so good. I got the blueberry muffins and the raisins. I forgot the name of the other bread that i bought but it also taste great. Would love to go back.

Happy to come across this new bakery. They have wide selection of breads. Surprised to find a tomato herb ciabatta. Different variants of croissants. To top it all, they have 50% discount by mall closing time. Will definitely come back to buy more next time.

Stumbled upon this bakery as I entered SM North today... An import from Sydney, this place serves authentic French baked goods, to paraphrase their tagline.... Made a mental note of it then went about checking off things on my to-do-list....As I was about to leave, I passed by to "look" at their breads... What caught my eye was their cookies... Their red velvet and their pecan cookies to be exact... They looked so good, so I told myself to choose just one... Red velvet it is! To rationalize my dessert binge, I bought focaccia and ciabatta bread to bring home... Yes, carbs... At the counter, I also saw that they serve sandwiches and coffee... They do have several tables in the store for people dining in. But, I already had a quick lunch, so no to the sandwiches... It was more difficult to say no to the Iced Toffee Apple, which piqued my curiosity... I waited for them to warm my cookie and to make my drink... The cookie was delicious! Gooey and soft, but a little too sweet for me. Could not finish it... The Iced Toffee Apple was very sweet and strangely enough, I couldn't taste the apple flavor. I was expecting a candy apple taste I guess... But it wasn't bad as soon as the ice melted. The bread they are selling looks great. I haven't tried what I bought just yet though... Think another BreadTalk in terms of variety... But French Baker in terms of kinds of breads sold... Similar price point as well... Worth a visit, if you want a change from the Fire & Cheese Floss(es)... Coffee is cheaper than Starbucks... No nonfat or soy options though... One size only for their drinks too...
