If you are cravings for Inasal Chicken in teachers village this is the place for it. The chicken is juicy but inside needs to be more tender and tastier. Most Ilonggo menu are found here similar to that of the other Inasal places The price is reasonable too.

I remember, parilla is a direct translation for grill (not really sure). It's your typical grill house, with your typical grilled food (chicken and pork). Overall, nice experience. Food are priced just right. But don't expect this to be the same experience with that popular "Mang..." because here, they don't offer unli rice.Place is quiet and relaxing, a perfect place for a date or just to have some quality time with some friends.P.s. try their fish dishes!

Flavorful chicken and best paired with garlic rice. It's one of my favorite go-to's. Price looks okay at first sight; however, when you realize that the chicken isn't served with rice yet, and after one cup of rice you realize you could eat more and you'll have to order another... there's where the problem lies. :(

I like this branch of Bacolod Chicken Parilla better than its sibling over at Scout Reyes in the Tomas Morato area, which is much more crowded and harder to park at than here in Teachers' Village. The walls on one side have peeling paint and there is definitely a worn-out look, but it is easy to overlook, given the speed of service and price of food offered. The chicken is authentic, tasty and not overly seasoned, which many restaurants in this segment feel obliged to do, including the big chain acquired by Jollibee. Here, the grilling finishes the job set out by the delicate Inasal marinade, and the chicken arrives beautifully skewered and scored, slightly smoky, and glistening with annatto colored oil.I'm not for or against unlimited rice, which isn't offered here and is often held against the restaurant. But it is definitely tempting to order more rice to do the food justice. The lack of "unli" rice makes this restaurant seem expensive, and that is unfortunate. Prices are much more reasonable than it seems, and there's more than chicken on the menu, like kansi, and KBL (kadios-baboy-langka), which are hallmarks of Bacolod cuisine.

Went here twice na! Everytime I go here, palaging walang petcho. Will never go back here.

Parilla is one of the earlier Inasalan hidden in the Scout areas of Tomas/Timog. Long before the large food chains and the popular ones, it has been established. It's a popular hangout/inuman place for the yuppies of the area. I have been eating here for quite a while already. Their famous for their Bacolod chicken inasal. The chicken is nice and juicy, it just lacks seasonings and a bit more time in the marinade to seep in the flavors.Parilla is not bad for a chicken inasal, but my personal favorite is still the two-letter brandz#TheFoodCrawlers #OngsFoodprints

Their CHICKEN INASAL is quite bland in taste as compared to the more popular chicken inasal chain brand. However, to my mindanaoan taste buds which is more accustomed to plain barbecue marinades, parilla's chicken is a-okay to me!My friend is a fan of their grilled TUNA BELLY. He gets the same high quality if tuna every time he visits Parilla.

An affordable place to get delicious chicken inasal. They have several choices of inasal but I always prefer pecho. The soup is also a must try and is best paired with the inasal.

Went here a while ago for dinner. My parents love their Inasal so much and we even used to frequent the one near Timog and so when they opened a branch near our house, we were beyond ecstatic. Our experience was nothing special though. When we went in, there were only two tables occupied. One had about 10 people and the other had 4. The large group was about to leave already and so we anticipated faster service. We were wrong though. Service was slow and they even got our orders mixed up. I ended up getting Pecho instead of Paa but since I was really hungry, I didn't bother to have it replaced. Still for the good food, I'd give them a 3.

Not much of a fan of chicken inasal, so not sure if my review is fair. What's memorable to me are: generous with condiments but chicken is a bit hard. Place is clean and well lit. Common parking available in front and basement. Had the chance to go back again. I must say that I like their sisig and kansi. Although it still doesn't change my rating as the food takes a long time to arrive.
